  Sabina was a fantastic guide. Professional, knowledgeable and courteous. We thoroughly enjoyed our day hiking and exploring, and the lunch provided at Khinalig was delicious! I cannot recommend this day trip enough to anyone who is planning on visiting Baku. Thanks again Sabina!

  The hike was great! Even with the fog and snow, the mountain is still great! Sabina was a friendly and hospitable host, and the village people welcomed me warmly. The peak was hidden by clouds, which made me want to do this one day in summer.

  Fantastic experience. I found this tour through their instagram page and contacted bag baku. They responded immediately and next thing i know is that i am in the most beautiful part of the Caucasian mountains. Firstly about the place and hiking - The place is something magical. the foggy weather made the hiking feel like i am having some magical experience. The hiking was fairly easy and it was worth spending a day out of the city life Secondly about Bagbaku - Their hospitality and attention to details made me feel so comfortable. The guide was so polite and so respectful. they were making sure that we have enough water, food with us before starting the hiking. They even took us to one of the houses in Xinaliq village and we had a very nice time interacting with the locals and had the tea and jam which they made. The guide was updating us about the weather forecast before the trip.

  Xinaliq hiking tour was really amazing. I will highly recommend for those who love the nature and wants to spend some time in this beautiful mountains. Bag baku was amazing in making sure every single thing was well managed. They put our safety and comfort as their first priority. The guide was so friendly.

  ... and a great day with our guide Nurlan. Everything went very smooth. Nurlan was responsive on WhatsApp the moment I contacted him, and helped me to put a plan together for the day. Pick-up from the hotel was punctual, and we had an approx 3 hours drive into the mountains where we changed into a Lada and then continued to a mountain village. From there, we hiked to another village. The hike itself is about 10 km and not very strenuous as you stay at the the same altitude level (2200m). Views were breathtaking. At the end of the trip we had a lunch in a local farmhouse and then walked back to the car, and drove back into Baku. Nurlan was knowledgeable about the environment and shared many interesting insights. All in all, a perfect day, and highly recommended!
