Driver was on time. He did seem confused about our destination address. We confirmed with the destination manager that it was correct so perhaps he was a new driver. Other than the rocky start, thinks went well enough.

I needed to change airports from Heathrow to Gatwick, I gave plenty of notice, I called Viator and they made the change for me. However, they still charged me for the original transportation I had booked. Therefore, they scammed me into paying for two airport transfers! very shady! I have all of the documentation and plan to fight this. Beware of this company and their shady practices! Keep all communication! Also, any attempt to reach customer service routes you to a call center!
