Waiting time restrictions: on arrival flights from Europe the driver will wait maximum 60 minutes from the moment the flight has landed. On arrival flights from outside Europe the driver will wait maximum 90 minutes from the moment the flight has landed.

1.00I needed to change airports from Heathrow to Gatwick, I gave plenty of notice, I called Viator and they made the change for me. However, they still charged me for the original transportation I had booked. Therefore, they scammed me into paying for two airport transfers! very shady! I have all of the documentation and plan to fight this. Beware of this company and their shady practices! Keep all communication! Also, any attempt to reach customer service routes you to a call center!

4.00The driver was late picking us up. When I called to see where he was, they called the driver and then called me back. They also let me know that the “meeting point” was in front of the Boots pharmacy . of course, none of our correspondence ever said that it just says meet in the north section of arrivals.. the driver arrived about 10 minutes later he proceeded to speed walk back to the car with our luggage. We had to ask him to slow down so we can keep up. We’re not slow.
