4.00No contact details were provided for the driver, and communication response time through Viator was too slow to be effective. Could not locate our driver upon arrival at Heathrow Arrivals. Very frustrating experience. In the end the driver was very nice however the vehicle was not what I requested. I specifically asked for a sedan and not a van,...we were transported in a van. Would book directly with transportation company next time, and not thru Viator.
