5.00JC is very knowledgeable about his craft of roasting coffee beans. He taught us some of the history of coffee, where the beans are grown, the variety of beans and the importance of the roasting. The process offered a whole new appreciation for coffee. Oh we checked out JC’s restaurant named MBs, Mentiritas Blancas. That was a wonderful experience too! The whole experience is highly recommended. You will not be disappointed.

5.00Excellent experience to learn about the secrets of coffee. From plant to cup! So much effort to bring a drink to your table that everyone (likely) takes for granted. John Carlo really brings the experience and tasting home with his experience and knowledge of the craft. Highly recommend this tour!
