A great tour with lots of information. Almost too many infos. Karl is a very enthusiastic guide. We did quite some ‚overtime‘. The tour lastet 5,5 hours instead of 4 h.

It’s amazing. There is no way Karl needs me to confirm what I’m sure everyone else says. He’s encyclopedic. Passionate about Genoa. Great stops along the way. Just know it’s a fair bit of walking. I’d guess 3.5-4 miles. Probably best without young children. Focaccia place so good we hunted it down the next day and went back. It’s not inexpensive but you get a giant amount of everything for the money-great value. Made our Genoa leg of the trip perfect. Thank you very much Karl. Remember-if you decide to come to the US and are around Boston/NYC-happy to return the favor

What a wonderful tour of the city! I learned so much and saw historic parts of Genoa. We visited many beautiful churches and Karl went in depth in teaching about the architecture and culture throughout the centuries. The focaccia and prosecco made for a tasty break. Karl was an amazing and friendly tour guide. I highly recommend this tour if you want a good feel for Genoa.

Such an incredible tour!! Our guide was AMAZING! He did a wonderful job teaching us so much history, feeding us and generally taking care of the group. It was almost 100 degrees and he made sure to constantly stop and supply us with water. Would highly recommend this tour and guide.
