Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Pregnant travelers may join if they are under 24 weeks pregnant by the end of the trip.
Tickets and Pricing Policies: Third-party attraction tickets or city passes are not accepted are not accepted for participation in the tour. All admission tickets must be purchased either during booking or directly from your tour guide on the day of the tour. Attraction ticket prices are subject to change and are non-refundable
Children under 6 may require a booster seat by law. Tours operate with coach buses where booster seats are not required. However, for certain departures that may use vehicles such as minivans or vans, booster seats may be needed. Please contact the tour operator in advance if needed. Rental service is also available upon request.

You must contact the tour operator at least 3 days prior to the departure date to provide the pick-up location. If no information is received by the deadline, the default pick-up location and time will be automatically assigned: 8:00am at Shakespeare Theatre in Washington D.C.
For a comfortable and enjoyable experience, we recommend bringing comfortable shoes, weather-appropriate clothing, a sun hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, cash, and drinks for hydration.

5.00This tour was fascinating. It include the civil war museum, the movie and the ride l around the battle locations. A representative from the museum joined us for the ride around the battlefields. She provided excellent narrative regarding the history, skirmishes, officers and battle groups from north and south. Our tour driver was Galen. He provided careful and consistent driving and care for his passengers. Very nice person.

5.00We have been doing viator tours for several years in multiple cities and this hands down was the best tour we have been on. Driver was very accomodating and knowledgeable. Tour guide at Gettysburg was exceptional. Thye Gettysburg center and museum was excellent. This was well worth the money!!

5.00Galen was our guide. He went above and beyond, always making sure we were comfortable and informed. The almost 2 hour drive each way was comfortable. Gettysburg Museum and Battlefield was amazing and large. We learned so much information from Denny the amazing tour guide at the battlefield, he knows it all! Instead of walking around downtown Gettysburg, Galen gave us the option of having more time at the museum and eating there. They have hamburgers, sandwiches, chicken, etc for decent prices, and it was pretty good (fries were excellent). This was an amazing day trip from DC. We were glad we had this opportunity to learn so much history.

5.00Our guide/driver Galen was on time and considerate of the needs of the group. He navigated lots of D.C. traffic and even torrential rain safely. He provided some helpful background information about the battle of Gettysburg on the drive there. Once at the park, the museum, film and cyclorama were well done and engaging. (Wish we'd had more time for the museum & cyclorama.) Our battlefield guide, Gary, was terrific. He told the story of the historic confrontation from various points of the battlefield, providing helpful and interesting insights. This was a full day from D.C. to Gettysburg and back, but well worth it.
