This morning, you may choose to one of the activities below: i. Attend a cooking workshop, after which you will be able to impress your friends and family for years to come with the traditional recipes you will learn. You will learn to make Ghanaian Jollof Rice, red- red and palava sauce. Sample some of Ghana’s most popular foods. ii. Visit an African Dance Institute for two exciting hours of drumming and dancing Workshop. Learn at first hand African dance forms that incorporate elements of American modern dance with the native Ghanaian dance forms as well.

In the evening, head out to Chale Wote Street Art Festival, the biggest arts and cultural festival in West Africa. The festival brings together amazing artist, musicians, fashion desighners etc. Enjoy spontaneous performances by dancers, drummers, cyclists, skaters, and a flash mob of patrons. Also muskets, brass bands, and hiplife and Afropop music is usually on display. Later at night you can check out some of Accra's hottest spots for nightlife.

In the morning, you will visit the Kakum National Park to experience one of Africa’s Canopy Walkways suspended 100 feet from the forest ground for a panoramic view of the flora and fauna of the remaining vestiges of the rainforest. Assin Manso Ancestral Slave River Park
In the morning, travel to Assin Manso, the burial site of two former slaves from the U. S. and Jamaica whose remains were re-interred in August 1998 during Ghana’s first Emancipation Day Celebration. You will see the “Slave River” where captured Africans were washed before being confined in the Slave Castles to await shipment to the Americas and the Caribbean.
Cape Coast Castle
Visit Cape Coast and Elmina Slave Castles, UNESCO World Heritage Sites, was two of the departure points for Africans being sent to slavery in the Americas. The castle is home to the infamous "Door of No Return".

Today’s dress code is all white. After breakfast, visit a typical Ghanaian village and pay a courtesy call on the Chief and his elders. Participate in a traditional naming ceremony and claim your African identity by adopting a Ghanaian name. In the afternoon, depart for Accra, Ghana’s capital city. Arrive by late afternoon and check into your hotel.
