  Poor customer experience left us out of pocket. Due to high winds & bad weather left us feeling uncomfortable completing the canyon swing. We asked when coming back from our two an a half hour tour if we could receive a refund for the not completing the swing as we purchased the combo package. The check-in person & the owner refused & stated no refund on purchases, apparently it is stated on there website but was never mentioned when checking in of on there billboard sign. Instead we were offered an alternate date, as we were short of days we were unwilling to accept the offer, even after trying to negotiate partial refund. Instead the owner offered a couple of tshirts and a voucher to come back. Essentially we received the two tshirts but yet to receive the voucher. I guess two of there zipline tshirts are worth over $100aud. My opinion is to just pay for zipline & if you feel comfortable during the course ask to complete the swing

  We wanted to mix and match what we were doing rather than one of the packages, and the staff could not have been more helpful. They put together our own personalised itinerary... Thank you. We started with a full 60 minutes suspended 70 meters off the valley floor in the net chairs with a beer, esky and great view of the zip line and right next to the boys in the Canyon Swing jump platform... And also the best panoramic view of the beaches and ocean all the way to Hide A Way Island and right back into Port Vila Harbour Glorious! We were hauled back to the top to go over the jungle bridge to get to the canyon swing. The guys are massive fun but also very safety conscious. Double checking each other's work. They rigged me up and off I went... a 70 meter free fall before the rope started the swing down the valley and back a number of times before being pulled down to the landing. Awsome, epic and over far too quickly. Thanks to Vanuatu Ziplines and all their staff for a fantastic morning. Craig & Libby

  Big thank you to Mark & all the boys! What a wild experience, absolutely loved the canyon swing!!! Will definitely be back to try the zipline next!!! Highly recommended, don't miss out 👊🏾👊🏾👊🏾

  An awesome experience. From the collection and ride in the back of the Ute to the zip lines, the sky bridge and canyon swing. All was excellent. Super enjoyable. Safety was a paramount focus of the team, mixed with ensuring enjoyment and comfort. Our guide for the day opened his greeting with “I love my job”. Sums up the vibe of the day beautifully. Scenery is stunning. The canyon swing!! Oh my. An awesome morning experience.

  Giant Canyon Swing is a must do if you Come to Vanuatu . I jumped at night. Jumping of a 70m platform into the pitch dark below at 110km per hr. Whoop whoop what a ride and experience. Awesome super friendly staff. Thanks guys. Look forward to jumping again:-)

  Wow the Canyon Swing was just an amazing experience. I am 68 years old and really enjoyed the adrenalin rush. The ZipLine and Skybridge tours are also well worth the trip up into the jungle with the friendly driver. All the staff were great and the attention to detail and safety was first class. I would highly recommend a visit and it is definitely worth the money. DO IT.
