For cruise ships docking in Belfast, join a day trip to the Giant's Causeway and other iconic locations in Northern Ireland, such as Carrickfergus Castle, Carrick-a-Rede Rope Bridge view point , Titanic Museum etc. You will be collected at the dock and be delivered back to the dock in time for your departure again. In general the tour lasts around eight hours (depends on your docking and leaving time) and is filled with the best that Northern Ireland has to offer.
Entrance ticket to Titanic is included in the tour price.

Dunluce Castle

3.00Our guide was funny and had good jokes but lacked in providing any pertinent information on Giants causeway, the Titanic Experience, or the areas we were in until the very last part of the tour in Belfast City proper. The concept of the tour is great with a packed day at a great price. Getting to Giants causeway and the titanic in one day from a cruise ship was a tall order yet there was certainly enough time to see it all. We would recommend this tour yet with a different guide.

1.00We found the tour guide very unprofessional. He sat far away from the group and simply shouted our names for registration instead of coming to us directly. He did not inform us in advance that there would be no lunch break, which was very disappointing. Overall, he did not do a good job as a tour guide, and everyone was disappointed with his performance.

1.00Viator Tour Terrible tour guide (Finn McCool) To start off, tour operator emailed to let us know be on time @830. Bus did not arrive until 9. Apparently tour guide was sitting on a bench watching all paid passengers waiting for the bus, not acknowledging us at all. Finally he yelled out Finn McCool, still sitting on the bench. Then he told us to come to him, rather than him coming to the crowd , checking off names. Then made some terrible remarks about us Asian are lucky that we made it to this tour. Three of our friends made the mistake of booking incorrect pick up point. The guide seemed very annoyed to have to accommodate them. He made a comment that you all Asian are lucky to make it to this bus. What kind of comment is that!! Not a good start already. He also made some stupid remarks about Canada, knowing majority of passengers are Canadians. There were hardly any narratives/commentaries during the bus rides to various meeting points. Only near the end on the way back to the port, he started to talk about the city; probably thinking about the gratuities. He also made several inappropriate personal political remarks. Not many appreciated his remarks as most of the time, the bus was silenced. Have booked with many Viator excursions, this is the worse ever.

5.00This tour covered all the basics and was a great way to see Northern Ireland. Justin our tour guide was just awesome and may be the best tour guide we’ve had ever! Sally did a great job driving. Overall, the trip was flawless well worth the time and money. Highly recommended

3.00I was looking forward to this tour, but unfortunately must report that I came away disappointed. There are a number of reasons that our experience was less than satisfactory. I will break it down. - The logistics, which in fairness is personal. I would have liked to have spent more time at the Titanic Museum, and the structure of this tour doesn't allocate adequate time to go through the entire experience. Personally, I think that the tour operator could have handled out the museum tickets when we boarded the bus at the cruise terminal, rather than waiting until we got there. It could have added 30 minutes to our visit, which I feel would have been satisfactory. - Inconsiderate fellow travellers who despite numerous announcements from the tour guide, either didn't return to the bus (Titanic Museum), or rudely showed up late Giant Causeway), delaying our departure. Both incidents delayed us, taking 45 minutes in total. While this isn't the fault of the tour guide, he could have left earlier. Everyone was adequately warned, and the late traveller's inconsideration shouldn't have come at the expense of the bulk of the group. - The tour guide. My wife and I weren't impressed with his off-color attempt at humor, especially when his shtick took away from the tour narrative. This was notable on the final leg of the tour in Belfast neighborhoods. Personally, I would have liked more background on The Troubles, and where Northern Ireland is today since the 1998 Good Friday Agreement brokered by President Clinton. He pointed out the physical barriers between the Catholic and Ulster neighborhoods, but little else. I felt what he shared was thin, almost as if he expected the tour participants to already know the history that led to the sectarian violence. I hope that my commentary is taken to heart by the tour operator and steps are implemented to improve future tours. OK, I'm off my soapbox.

2.00Tour operator was late showing up and non apologetic about it. Several different times to gather were given and none of them were the time the operator showed up. Tour guide yelled at a guest for asking about why the tour was starting late and made for a very tense trip for everyone involved. Once the tour was underway things were quite nice but the guide continued to be off color offering political commentary when completely unnecessary.
