  Very disorganized from the start. Difficult to find the tour bus after arriving @the Cruise Port.  Once at the gathering site it was like overwhelming for the staff buses were late, confusion as to what bus to board. All of this could have been avoided as the tickets were all pre-purchased they knew what to expect. Very little information as what to expect during the tour.  The tour narrative was not working properly fixed after first stop. The redeeming factor was the sights including St. Michael's cave and the WWII tunnels.

  Great Tour just not enough stop time at the different points of interest! 10-20 minutes at each stop is not enough time especially by the monkeys

  The actual excursion was very interesting and unique ( could have scored much higher) however the organization was brutal. We left late with a driver that added nothing to the experience. The taped description was out of sync so was rendered meaningless. Because we left late our time was limited at each stop,for example at Europa point we had 10 minutes with no announcement that it even was europa point. However the sights of the cave and tunnel were very much worth seeing. Should have been excellent but the people working had no idea the enrollment.

  Start of the tour was unorganized. Meeting point unclear. Spent 40 minutes of tour time, assigning buses and counting people. Actual tour was good and bus driver/ guide was fun and friendly! Would have loved more than the 20 minutes we had left for the WWII tunnels, as this was the main point of interest. I would recommend booking a much smaller group to make the most of your time.

  We chose this tour company because it covered all the sites we wanted to see, and it did! I marvel at how a guide can drive a small bus around winding curves and not miss a beat explaining history and significance of what’s ahead. You’ll be glad you chose this tour!

• Unfortunately, it fell short of expectations. Guide Peter stressed us. The tour ended after 2 hours.

  Unfortunately, our guide Peter stressed, so we didn't have enough time in the WW tunnel or in the St. Michaels Cave. The tour ended after exactly 2 hours and not after 2.5 hours as indicated. The missing half hour, which we had actually paid, we could have used well for the sightseeing and at the monkeys. Unfortunately! We felt like sheep driven through the tour - bus in, bus out.... Pity, and therefore not necessarily recommended!

  Great tour.....terrible meeting spot. If you are a cruise ship passenger. DO NOT BOOK THIS TOUR!!! This company does not pick up at the cruise port for the afternoon tours. The same tour in the morning they do pick up at the port. Finding the 2nd floor of this parking garage was very difficult. The town doesn't have street sighs except one... Queens Way. So if you decide to walk.. Good luck. Many folks had to wonder around to find it. 2nd No place to sit to wait for the bus and it's a little disorganized. There is a little area on the ground floor with a shop, coffee stand, and a bathroom but you don't see it straight off. I think this is why you get dragged to this parking garage to start your tour. Everyone on the tour 40 people in two vans came from the cruise ship. Don't do it. Try to book the morning and if the switch you to the later bus CANCEL. There are other options. Once on board the tour was great. Driver was amazing and he did a great job.

  Our driver guide was very dynamic, knowledgeable and friendly. Everything went well. We found the cost a bit high for the tour, we only had 10-15 minutes in the caves and 10-15 minutes in the tunnels, the driver gave us the option to stay longer and walk back, which we did, however there are many stairs to go down, you have to be fit.

  Covered most of the highlights in Gibraltar but in a compact way. Should take longer to properly enjoy and visit each one of the places. Also we were expecting a guide in the bus but instead it was a pre recorded tape.

  It was wonderful!! Tessa gave us alot of information about Gibraltar and was very nice. Peppy our driver, handle those narrow windy roads with expertise and skill. Very nice and courteous. We loved hearing all about Gibraltar, seeing the monkeys and loved seeing the monkey that came along and passed baby to its mommy. Michael’s cave was magnificent! Just beautiful something you don’t want to miss!! We then got dropped off at shopping area and was able to walked back to our cruise ship . It was a great tour! A must do!
