  This is scheduled to be a 2.5 hour tour. 10 minutes at Europa appoint, 20 minutes at St Michael's cave, 25 minutes at world war II cave. It feels very rushed though not the drivers fault. If you come from a cruise it is a 25 minutes walk from the ship. The meeting place is in the parking garage. The car engine was on while we were waiting so it's full of fumes. I wish this tour was longer and started earlier.

• Efficient way to see The Rock T

  This was an excellent intensive tour that worked in all the highlights of visiting The Rock efficiently and got us back to our cruise ship in plenty of time. Should offer seating at origin.

• Good, but rushed tour

  Even though I felt rushed, this tour was a good experience. Our driver/tour guide took us back to our ship, which we all appreciated.

  We never actually were able to complete the tour - after waiting 1 hour it was cancelled. I reason given was traffic but others from our cruise ship were able to get there and back without any issues. The meeting location was fine but it was confusing to find and the communication from the staff was poor. I'm not likely to use them again.

• First visit to Gibraltar.

  Excellent guide. Entertaining and very informative. A good insight in local history. Just the right length of tour. Good pickup and drop off.

  Tour itself was good. A little rushed so it's very fast paced. Loved the WWll tunnels and St Michaels cave. The monkies were cool too. The problem with the tour company however was very painful. They were not organized at all. They kept everyone waiting for over an hour after our tour was supposed to start, standing in a 2nd floor parking garage. A lot of older people didn't have anywhere to sit. Then when someone finally explained their buses from first tour we're running behind, but didn't mention there wasn't enough buses for how many people were waiting. (Over 100 people) In the end 26 people waited an additional 30 minutes to find out they were not getting on the tour. We were lucky to get the last bus and the driver was kind, efficient and knowledgable. He made sure we got back to our cruise ship just in time by dropping us off right at the port. Great guy!

• On the Rock

  The tour bus left the Midtown Garage 30 minutes late. Although the highlight of the tour was to be the WWII tunnels, our bus did not stop for this attractions. The many other attractions on the excursion were excellent. Tour guide was helpful. The driver even took us back to the cruise ship directly.

  

  

  

  

• Great Driver, Chaotic Start

  The bus driver was terrific and did an excellent job getting us to all the important sites safely and efficiently. His professionalism really stood out and was a highlight of the excursion. Unfortunately, the pre-boarding process was very poorly organized. We waited in a parking garage for about an hour and a half with only two people checking guests in, which caused significant delays and frustration. The lack of coordination at the start took away from what could have been a much more enjoyable experience.

  We arrived at 12:08 for our 12:30 tour. We were told buses were delayed because of traffic issues/ accidents. When buses arrived they loaded the people that got there last. At 1:40 they said they would not be able to get us back to our cruise ship in time for departure. Very disappointing.

• Not What We Paid For….

  We arrived at the pick up point early and it was total chaos. Bland (the tour company) was very disorganized. They didn’t have enough buses to accommodate all the people that had paid for the tour. It took over 1/2 hours for some buses / drivers to arrive. Luckily we got on one of the first bus to start the tour. Tour was good except the driver didn’t have a microphone so since we were sitting in the back of the bus. Everything was good until we got to the WWII Tunnels and were told we didn’t have enough time to enter the tunnels since we started late. (Our driver had another tour to get back for). One of the main reason we picked this tour was for the WWII Tunnels. Very disappointing….
