Find out what inspired our range of beautifully crafted gins at Stillgarden Distillery. You’ll learn about the history of distillation and taste 4 of our signature gins, each matched with a recommended mixer. All sessions end with a Q&A from one of our liquid experts. After the tour you have the option to order further drinks from our full menu of delicious libations. Tickets include a welcome drink plus a 4 gin tasting flight and mixers. Non gin & non alcohol options are available (please let us know when booking)

5.00This was my first time doing the "Make Your Own Gin or Vodka" experience at Stillgarden, and wow — I was genuinely impressed from start to finish! The whole experience was incredibly well thought out, with so many lovely little touches that made it feel really special. One standout moment was the surprise cheese board at the end — such a nice way to wrap things up! Our mixologist, Glenn, was absolutely fantastic. He was full of knowledge, super friendly, and made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. His passion and expertise really added to the experience and made it both fun and educational. I’d highly recommend this to anyone looking for a unique and enjoyable outing. Whether you're a gin enthusiast or just curious to try something new, Stillgarden is a gem! Kevin & Christina💚💚

5.00Great event on every dimension. Interesting, boutique distillery in Dublin doing gin rather than dark liquors. Fun opportunity to explore different botanicals, together with a distillery guide who is well versed and enthusiastic. If a massive Guinness tour isn't your thing, try this. You talk to real people, learn a lot, and have fun.

5.00This was our second visit to Stillgarden, but the first time that we've done a tasting/tour. Jillian was amazing, and really made the experience fun, while picking up some new information on all things gin. My personal favorite was Bui 43, but every one of the gins are unique, and our group left with a few purchases each after the tasting. A great place to go if you'd just like to stop for a cocktail as well! Highly recommend, and we will be back again!

4.00Nice and informative experience, interesting storytelling about gin itself and how the distillery starter. But for the cost you get very little value and there's not much to see in the distillery itself.

5.00THANKS! We went there on a morning when they normally don't receive visitors. Knowing that there were 23 of us and that there were only two of them, honestly it was a very nice experience, we were able to taste very good things, even more than expected.. A big thank you and congratulations for this Stillgarden, a very nice action...

5.00Did the gin-tasting afternoon tea with my husband and we both had a lovely afternoon. Joe, the guide was funny, friendly and informative, and I learned lots about gin-making and the fascinating story of Stillgarden. I'm not a big drinker myself but it was great to sample the different types of gin. The food was tasty too and just enough to leave feeling satisfied (and slightly buzzed!) Recommended!

5.00Amazing gin, young man doing tour was very knowledgeable and entertaining (sorry can’t remember his name). He really made the experience great and even knew the answers to all my partners scientific questions. Would 100% recommend and visit again. Also it’s easy to get to from city centre as we were tourists visiting the city so used the tram.
