5.00We spent a wonderful morning with Ali-Baba who not only helped us with our transportation logistics in Giza but also escorted us through the pyramids and panoramic sites in the short 90 minutes we had available prior to leaving for the airport. Additionally on arrival we were met by Mohab Ahmed, Insured our transfer to the hotel was free.

5.00Contratamos una excursión privada de 3 dias en El Cairo en Español. Desde la llegada al aeropuerto en el dia 05/06/24 hasta nuestra salida (08/06/24) para el proximo destino, siempre estuvimos en la compañia de unos de los traductores. En nuestros tours diurnos, Sherif fue nuestro guia. Persona con muchos conocimientos de la historia Egipcia que hacia muy amena su compañia. Para los tours nocturnos, tuvimos a la agradable compañia de Mustafa, un joven de apenas 22 años y muy educado y muy intelectual para su edad. La pasamos fenomeno con la compañia de los dos guias y por supuesto de lo choferes que guiaban los vehiculos de la empresa SUN PYRAMIDS. Todas los contactos iniciales los realicé con la Sra Nada de la parte operativa de la Agencia. Siempre estuvo dispuesta a mejorar, corregir los tours y procurar la mejor solución para nosostros. La elección del Hotel, tambíen fue realizado por la agencia. En este punto debo remarcar que el Hotel Great Piramids tiene un ubicación privilegiada frente a las Piramides. Un punto muy desconfortante fue la pesima calidad del aire acondicionado en la habitación. A mi entender, como ingeniero, la capacidad del equipamiento estaba por debajo de lo que necesitaba la habitación, lo cual hizo que funcionase a full y sin obtener resultados de confort. Por este problema, los guias y la agencia estuvieron siempre pendientes y dispuestos a solucionar el problema. Solo resta agradecer a SUN PYRAMIDS por el sentido de responsabilidad, seriedad, cortesia y excelente servicio que dan a sus clientes. Si viajara de nuevo a Egipto, seguramente los contrataria nuevamente y por eso ahora los recomiento a quien lea esto que los contacten que no se sentirán defraudados. We hired a 3-day private excursion in Cairo in Spanish. From arrival at the airport on 06/05/24 until our departure (06/08/24) for the next destination, we were always in the company of one of the translators. On our day tours, Sherif was our guide. Person with a lot of knowledge of Egyptian history who made his company very enjoyable. For the night tours, we had the pleasant company of Mustafa, a young man of just 22 years old and very educated and very intellectual for his age. We had a great time with the company of the two guides and of course the drivers who guided the SUN PYRAMIDS company vehicles. I made all initial contacts with Ms. Nada from the operational part of the Agency. She was always willing to improve, correct the tours and find the best solution for us. The choice of the Hotel was also made by the agency. At this point I must emphasize that the Great Piramids Hotel has a privileged location in front of the Pyramids. A very disconcerting point was the poor quality of the air conditioning in the room. In my opinion, as an engineer, the capacity of the equipment was below what the room needed, which made it work at full capacity without obtaining comfort results. Due to this problem, the guides and the agency were always attentive and willing to solve the problem. It only remains to thank SUN PYRAMIDS for the sense of responsibility, seriousness, courtesy and excellent service they give to their clients. If I traveled to Egypt again, I would surely hire them again and that is why I now recommend that anyone reading this contact them, they will not feel disappointed.
