Starting the day, to go to Gjirokastër is approximately 2.5-3 hours of driving, with a stop in Tepelenë, near the shores of Vjosa River, one of the LAST Wild Rivers in Europe. Even oil goes untouched here. Enjoy a cold drink or a morning coffee before we go again.

Next stop, Gjirokaster Castle (Fortress). Expect breathtaking inside views of the fortress, which is located on the highest point of the Old Town, providing a strategic defence location offering WOW views of the city, mountains and valleys sourrounding it. Exploring the Fortress before going down, in the very centre of the city having the Old Town itself, the bazaar, souvenir shops and anything you need for your emotional and material needs. After adventuring through narrow stone pathways which will eventually lead us to Skenduli House, an 300 year old house & the most authentic, a true cultural museum. Enjoy yourself with a cold drink or a soft meal & relax yourself before driving back to your place of accomodation.
