You will be greeted by a driver wearing a blue shirt who will be ready to take you directly to your accommodation located on the Gold Coast. Ten and twelve seat mini-coaches are predominately utilized to minimize passenger time in transit and all flights are met on a pre-booked basis. Coaches are equipped with air-conditioning and GPS (Global Positioning System). The installation of GPS provides efficient fleet management and peace of mind to passengers. 5.00We had booked for a 10am transfer from Coolangatta airport to Surfers Paradise Airport. Arrived early and walked straight onto a bus at 8am. Bus was clean, air conditioned and the driver was great. Highly recommended.

1.00Fine if you make the travel time no doubt but we were delayed on arrival at Gold Coast Airport due to adverse weather. One hour late, Phoned to be advised next shuttle was 9pm on the Saturday, 3 hours later from the call. No refund would be given. Best advice, the 777 bus leaves the same domestic airport area every 30 minutes. Two minute wait and only 50 cents each. tap on and off with debit or credit card. plenty of space for luggage. Took 22 minutes to Burleigh Heads and a few minutes walk to or apartment. The transfer cost 50 dollars for two.

5.00Had a great experience with Con-X-ion Transfers from Gold Coast Airport to our hotel and return a few days later. Leigh handled pickup with friendly and professional service, making arrival easy and stress free. On return, Daniel got us to the airport safely and it even felt like a scenic journey which was a lovely way to end the trip. Both drivers were punctual, helpful and made the whole transfer experience comfortable. Highly recommend using Con-X-ion transfers.

5.00The driver was very helpful and kind. When dropping me at my destination he went out of his way to ensure I was at the right airbnb and that I was safe. Being a solo traveller this was a great comfort to me. The shuttle bus was comfortable and the whole experience was exceptional.

5.00I found this service to be excellent value, easy to book a pick up from my hotel in Main Beach and on time. The driver was very friendly and helpful, the drive to the airport was comfortable and on a clean, newish bus and we arrived to Bisbane airport early. Highly recommend using them.

1.00Had a booking to take me from hotel to GC airport. They did not arrive at the time they confirmed the day before, tried to contact both cell and office (as did my hotel too) with no luck. Had to get a taxi to airport and now they refuse to refund me the CXN cost, firstly saying I was actually picked up and when I explained I wasn't and could show taxi receipt they changed to say I cancelled. Despite asking for a review and refund after a week I have still had no contact from them. Extremely disappointed this time as it is very different than other times I have used them. Drivers are normally great but customer service rep was terrible. It seemed like a very blanket reply without actually looking into it, particularly when they changed from saying I was picked up to that I cancelled.
