Our guide’s name was William and he was extremely friendly! He made the trip very fun and enjoyable with plenty of down time. Overall, great time and loved having the opportunity to take a lot of pictures to keep as a reminder of my trip to Da Nang. 💕

It was an absolute great day. Harry, the driver and Phibi, the tour guide were brilliant. Phibi was so patient with the other passengers in the group. She explained everything and catered for all the needs of the group. It is a difficult task being a tour guide and everything was very much appreciated. Ba Na Hills is an amazing place and exceeded our expectations. We had plenty of time to explore everything

Never give bad reviews but this trip deserves it . Picked me up at 715 am which was 45 earlier than booked . So didn’t have time for breakfast was notified of change after 10 pm so ws asleep already . Then ride the bus for 2.5 hours to pick up 26 people . Didn’t get to bana hills until after 10 am . Left he guide or wouldn’t have seen anything too big a group too many people

Great experience. place is well maintained. Tour guide very friendly. It is a whole day trip. Buffet was great but not needed because there are many economical options in the place.
