We didn't even make it up to the mountain. The tour did not disclose a time wasting stop in a timeshareike demonstration and push to sell jewelry. We left our hotel at 8:15 and by 9:30 hadn't even begun the trip up to the bridge. We left because we didn't feel safe or taken care of. Very disappointed.

I had a good time! My tour guide, Rosie, was really nice and checked in with us frequently. Everyone was quick to respond when we needed something. I liked the smaller group. We had about eleven people in our van.

Tom was a great guide with great English speaking skills. The tour was great with Tom keeping the group informed and together telling everyone all about Ba na hills and everything there was to see enhancing the already amazing feeling. This is a must see attraction!

Need a jacket and good walking shoes. The cable car ride was excellent even though it was cloudy. The buffet lunch caters for almost every taste. Our guide Mr Dee looked after us superbly.

From the moment we got to the pick up the trip was disorganised, the meeting point on the map was in the wrong place. A taxi turned up to take us which was 20 minutes late, leaving us in a crowd of strangers all trying to push there services upon us. This was intimating and very stressful. When we got to the cable car start location in the Ba Ha hills we were told that a tour guide wood meet us at the top of the cable car ride. We met the guide at the top and found that she was only contacted a short time earlier to juggle our part of four with the large party of 11 she was already guiding. The stress at the port and all the hassle so far caused my wife to have blood pressure issues and even worse she had an epileptic attack, a visit to the medical centre and a need to get back to the ship as quickly as possible. The guide was very good and stayed with us and organised the driver to come back and get us. Then on the way back to the ship the car company wanted to charge us $10 dollars per person (4 of us in the car $40) to get back to the ship after a lot of argument they waved the $40. We thought we were being picked up by a tour mini bus and going on an organised tour, how wrong we were!
