  Please save yourself an issues and don’t ruin your experience. We booked an advertised 4 seater golf cart. What we received was a farm/utility vehicle. Two seater with a dump body on back. Oh yeah we also dealt with one the most unfriendly reps we encountered our whole trip. The utility cart had no mirrors and no turn signals and was definitely not the vehicle pictured in the beautiful bait website. I am writing a formal letter to royal Carribean management with photos . After pulling away and going about a mile at the speed of snail I decided to turn back and demand another vehicle. Of course the rep was joyful to see me returning. She reluctantly switched and gave us a golf cart. The cart was in abysmal condition with broken parts and again no turn signals. We drove a few miles to the lighthouse and parked. Unfortunately the parking brake would not set so we couldn’t get out of the cart. We looked at the few sights we saw because we feared the cart would drift off with no parking brake set. The other disappointment was that the cart hod an aweful backfire that sounded every time you let off the gas. Please save yourself disappointment and rent elsewhere. I did reach out to the owner and still awaiting response.

  We rented three golf carts , all three ran terrible we didn't get the ones that we rented. The ones we received were old and beat up. The one my daughter was driving lost its brakes we had to move children around to make sure they were safe. I don't think they were worth the money we payed . Had to drive very slow made our vacation day on the island not enjoyable. When we returned the golf carts and explained our problems the man and woman acted like they didn't care. Thanks

  Staff were friendly. The cart was really slow. We got passed by almost every other cart on the road.

  Booking the rental was so easy and affordable! We had a blast exploring at our own pace. The only downside was maxkart is outside of the port so you have to walk out of the parking lot and find it. For me it wasn’t bad but my mother has a bad knee, so it was a bit much for her.

  Our taxi driver found Jaxson for us and we couldn't have been happier, he offered to bring our cart right to our door, which made our 1st day in unfamiliar surroundings so much easier!!The golf cart was fully charged and in excellent condition. Knows how to take care of his customers . Seems to manage his company expertly. I would highly recommend without question!!

  We rented a golf cart on grand Turk from Jackson rock. He couldn’t be more flexible. We were wishy-washy about what days we wanted to rent the golf cart and he accommodated whatever we wanted. We even decided to keep the cart and drive it to the airport to avoid a cab and he was fine with us leaving the golf cart at the airport and he picked it up from there. Highly recommend this company for renting golf carts on GT!

  We had a nice time! Be ready to walk to pick the cart up but they do meet you for drop off! Very friendly staff

  I would not recommend at all. First, it was almost a 15 minute walk to find this company. There were no signs we had to ask five people before we were able to find the company. Second, we had to go to a back road to pick up the golf cart; the representative was annoyed when I asked her to show me how to operate the cart and when I asked her to wipe down the filthy cart she said that they don’t do that. Thank god I had wipes to clean this disgusting cart. Also, I was not notified until pickup that I had to place $12.00 in the cart. When I returned the cart, there was no one there to accept the cart.

  The best way to see the island. The only negative thing I have to say is it was quite a walk out of the terminal to where the carts are.
