  Well what can I say! Loved it from start to finish. We visited some great beaches and the views were breathtaking. Barb the history tou guide was so lovely and knew her stuff. The history of the Gower is fascinating. There was plenty of time to explore at each stop and everyone got to know each other from the start. Time to grab teas and coffees and lunch along the route. We visited Giants Grave a very interesting ancient burial site, stunning Rhossili Bay and Worms Head (wow view number 1!) , Three Cliffs Bay (wow view number 2!) , Caswell Bay, Bracelet Bay and The Mumbles. A well organised trip with jaw-dropping views! Totally recommend.

  

  

  

  

  

• A Perfect Day Exploring the Beauty of Wales

  We were staying in the Cotswolds and only had one day to spend in Wales, so we drove to a meeting point in Swansea (about an hour west of Cardiff) for this tour—and it was absolutely worth the effort. We were greeted warmly with bottled water and Welsh cakes before heading out to some truly breathtaking sites. Our guide was knowledgeable, warm, and an absolute delight to spend the day with. The tour ended perfectly with fish (get the haddock) and chips at a pier in Mumbles. We loved every minute of it and would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to experience the natural beauty of Wales!

  

  

  

  

  

• Breathtaking Views of the Gower

  I had the most wonderful experience with Gilki Tours of the Gower. I went by myself and wasn’t sure what to expect, but I felt completely comfortable from the moment I arrived. I was warmly welcomed onto the bus with a delicious Welsh cake and some Welsh water, which was such a lovely touch. The views of the Gower were absolutely breathtaking – truly some of the most beautiful scenery I’ve ever seen. Our tour guide was outstanding, sharing so much knowledge and making the whole trip interesting, relaxed, and fun. It’s a family-run business and you can really feel the warmth and care they put into what they do. They were such lovely people and made everyone feel welcome.   I highly recommend ! As we are not used to drive on the left, we never hire a car on holidays in the UK, but instead book guided tours. This one is absolutely worth while. The lady guiding us had a lot of knowledge about the region, historical and geographical facts as well as legends and mystery stories. And despite the bad weather (wind, rain, fogg,...) we enjoyed the scenery. The Gower is a wonderful coastline.

  The tour guides John and Barbara are extremely knowledgeable about all things Gower and how it connects to Wales, the UK and the world at large. They knew about history recent and ancient, geology, where all the good stuff was. We didn't feel bored or rushed but things were at a moderate pace even for someone like me on crutches. I did have to stay on the coach as couple of times while others did walks I couldn't manage but the driver Phil kept me company. I would highly recommend this to anyone wanting a thorough overview of the gorgeous Gower.
