Wasn’t able to use the zip line, we wasted hours making our way there just to be told you have to be 180 lbs or heavier to ride. No safety accommodations, no adjustments to make the zip line useable to most customers. Attendants were lazy and rude, they didn’t want to be there nor assist. The less people that could use the zip line the better for them, I wouldn’t be surprised if the weight limit got moved to 200 lbs or heavier.

Amazing place, a true wonder. A few things for future improvements. On arrival and security,no clear signage to enter the white dome for the loo. Had to ask security if that was correct place to go inside. You need water on this trip. There is a free water dispenser in the gift shop area near the restrooms. We found this on exiting. You need flat she's on this trip as terrain is uneven. Disabled access would be a very big problem for those with walking support aids. Loos were clean. Shop is lovely. The skywalk was amazing but skywalk cafe was just too long a queue to be bothered on our visit. The cafe on other side near second walk was dire. In need of a good clean and refurb. Pathetic choices here.

We only had time to visit the skywalk, Eagle point, and Guano point. The views are amazing but the South rim definitely has more dramatic views. Our journeys there and back was by helicopter, and the views from inside the canyon are spectacular.

My God, what a scam! $113 per person just to do the skywalk; too much waiting, and at 4 PM we were told it was over. It is the scam of the century. And I am not talking about the skywalk, which for me is nothing more than a balcony above the Grand Canyon. It is better to stick to the national park, which has the staff and facilities that are suitable. The star is for the view; the rest is an aberration. Move along; we are just pigeons.

If you chose the all-access ticket, I am sorry to say that you have wasted your time and money for not much... Arm yourself with patience if you chose the zipline... 1 hour wait for a zipline and only if you are among the first 10 in line... Regarding the skyline and other views, they are all really way too expensive compared to other national parks dedicated to them. In short, a cash factory.

Driving to west rim is a little bothersome, but well worth the effort. We've been to south rim, also north and east, but this is easily the best views of the Grand Canyon. Buses take you to locations and drivers give insight, guano point (wow), and skywalk is awesome. On the way is the Joshua Tree Forest. Nice gift shops and restaurants also. Be aware however, Viator charged me $221.00 for this excursion and upon arrival; we could have purchased the exact same packaged for much less. ($158.00 plus tax) at the location. Not really happy with Viator, second time this has happened.

Avoid coming here make the extra drive to the South Rim/Grand Canyon National Park. The customer Service is Horrible here the security and staff are very rude and discourteous and it’s really expensive to do everything as a tour operator every time I come here there a new rule or you have to pay to do something

When you arrive, do the zip line first. They don’t tell you this when you buy the ticket, but it closes at 3pm. So by the time you board the bus, do the rim, board the bus again, go to the next stop and even do a short walk around, and board the bus again, and then get to the zip line area, you’re too late. They don’t tell you that it closes early and they don’t tell you to do that first knowing you’ll miss it by the time you get back (we had to wait for 4 buses to load to get from one stop to the other…lots of time waiting). And if you miss it, you miss it. I wished they just sold tix to the skywalk & zip line separately. I questioned the girl at the counter and she said “did you buy the tickets here?” I said “yes and no one said anything about the zip line closing at 3”. To which she replied “I’m sure someone told you”. No they did not!

If driving arrive B4 11 am to avoid long lines. Definitely do the skywalk. Zipline is a great option but expect a long wait. Recommend arriving B4 3 pm.

If you want a good experience I advise you to go to the north or south rim, this point of the canyon belongs to the natives and they offer a horrible service, they have a terrible customer service, they treat you badly despite charging you everything above the normal prices, the food is horrible I would say disgusting and super expensive. If you don't want to waste your money and ruin your vacation, don't go to the West Rim Canyon
