5.00We had an outstanding experience with Papillon Helicopter from start to finish. Everything was perfectly on time, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel comfortable and excited the moment we arrived. A special shoutout to our captain Tucker who was professional, knowledgeable, funny and made the flight truly unforgettable. The ride was smooth, safe, and filled with amazing views, all thanks to an excellent pilot who clearly loves what he does. Highly recommend Papillon Helicopter for anyone looking for a first-class experience in the air.

4.00DO NOT BOOK ON THE PHONE! Absolutely awful experience. We were told things that didn't happen. Luckily, the airline called us this morning and upgraded us to what we thought we had booked. If you want to fly this tour (and I highly recommend it), call Papillon directly.
Expensive experience but well worth it. If your nervous don’t sit near the window and enjoy it

5.00I had a very good flight with my wife and even though I was a nervous passenger it was ok. There was lots to see and the pilot who flew was a very knowledgable guy and was great for giving us a running commentary on where we were.

5.00The flight was super smooth and beautiful. The pilot was informative and entertaining without being over bearing. We had great views long the way and got to see the Grand Canyon in a way we never have before. The exciting part is that this was my wife’ first adventure in a helicopter and she is still talking about days later. An awesome experience overall!

From start to finish, he made the entire experience feel safe, smooth, and absolutely unforgettable. He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions with patience, and kept the vibe fun and relaxed the whole time. The views were stunning, the flight was steady, and Ethan’s skill and confidence as a pilot made it even better. You can tell he truly loves what he does, and it shows in the quality of the experience. If you’re thinking about booking a helicopter ride—do it, and definitely ask for Ethan. Highly recommend! 🚁✨

5.00This was such a cool experience! Every thing about our trip went so smoothly, from pick up at the hotel to getting checked in for the helicopter ride, and taking off on our flight. Kris, our pilot, was very informative. He pointed out all the major landmarks and made sure everyone got to see them. Then he descended into the Grand Canyon where we go to explore, take breath taking pictures, and have a small snack with champagne. The flight was so smooth and the views were amazing!

5.00Fabulous experience, worth every dollar or pound as us Britts say. Jimmy our pilot was just fabulous! Informative, friendly & funny. Had an out of body feeling flying over hoover Dam & lake mead before landing near the Colorado river. Cold glass of champagne , what more could you ask for . Definitely recommend and ask for Jimmy to be your pilot !
