5.00Highly recommend, pick up service was on time and comfortable. Our pilot was experienced and knowledgeable on the Grand Canyon and such areas. Included snacks and champagne which was a nice touch. Incredible landing point in the canyon with incredible views.

5.00Amazing! We loved every moment. Such a fun experience. Mitch, our pilot, was very knowledgeable and added a lot of information to the history of the area. The evening colors in the canyon were stunning and so fun to share a champagne toast from that awe-inspiring place. Lifting off as the sun set was spectacular. Highly recommend.

4.00This morning our group of 3 people had the pleasure of taking a helicopter tour with pilot, Devon, into the Grand Canyon. Everything was amazing. I couldn't have asked for a better helicopter experience. We had 1½ hour of airtime with a little picnic in the middle. It was breathtaking and worth every penny. However, the bus ride back to hotel was unbearable. From the moment we got on the bus and waited for the last passengers to board, the temperature inside the bus was hotter than the 105°+ outside. No windows or doors open and NO functioning AC. We hoped the AC would kick in once driving but this wasn't the case. We all sat there in inhumane heat and all even asked the driver to turn on AC. No explanation was given, we all deduced that the cooling system must be broken. We were in bus #25 It's 2nd stop was at the Bellagio, at this point most patrons decided to get off and walk to our respective hotels as we could no longer stand the intolerable heat. It's a shame that our wonderful trip was so negatively affected by the last 20 minutes Here's hoping that you guys fix the AC on bus 25 as this was unacceptable and we hope no other patrons have similar experience. I reached out to Papillon the same evening in hopes they could offer an explanation, but I received no response. The morning pick up at hotel, the check in with Mimi and the helicopter ride with Devon was all perfect. Unfortunately a bus ride in July dessert heat needs AC or atleast open windows.
