1.00The tour was posted for 7pm. We arrive at 6:45. There was insufficient signage at the location to find the tour, and around 6:55 called the tour company and found that the tour had departed ahead of us there. Over the phone they confirmed awareness of our part of the booking, and said they'd try to contact us to reconnect us with the tour, but we received no further contact. I confirmed with the hotel that the tours do meet there, but they were gone ahead of the tour time. I requested a refund but was declined even though I was at the meeting place at the listed time.

2.00I usually enjoy ghost tours. This experience was okay. We walked outside buildings and heard stories.
I wouldn't suggest this as a fun thing to do in Grand Rapids....

1.00The guide never showed up. It didn't present as a very fun thing to do. Walk around some old buildings an hear "ghost" stories....and a bit pricey as well.
