• Fantastic Segway tour of Budapest with young children

  The check in at the shop began a bit bumpy. The place was so busy and a bit disorganized. We weren’t meant to start at 1230 but had to delay til 1 because of a previous tour delay, and then we weren’t sure who was training us on our segways and taking us around. This was all of our first times on a Segway and we also had 2 children, 12 and 9 so was nervous whether they could even handle the machine. We started off with some lessons under the bridge and our 12yo picked it up so quickly and my wife and I gradually became more comfortable. Our 9yo couldn’t really get the hang of it but our amazing guide Beka, helped pull her the entire way so that her Segway was essentially being controlled by him so that she would always be safe in the traffic and her movements. This is SUCH a great way to see the city. We saw all the main sites, got a good balance of historic information and free time to explore and the kids LOVED every moment of the riding. Beka was so safe, patient and great with the kids and took so many photos for us. I’d highly recommend this tour and am glad we booked it private with young kids as well.

  I found it excellent, Budapest is a Jewel, and our guide Philip charming, very studied of the history of the monuments and of the whole Hungarian culture, great guide! Solved all kinds of questions and gave us a beautiful and very interesting tour!!

  Everything about our Segway Tour of Budapest was very good. It was easy to find, quick check-in, good equipment and an interesting tour. What made the tour great was our guide Sam. He was personable, knowledgeable, and spoke excellent English. At the end of the tour he emailed a list of attractions and restaurants we should visit. We do lots of tours and Sam is one of the best guides we have had.

  I am a regular customer to the Coffee Stop at Cinnamon Grand Colombo and spend my morning hours productively while enjoying a cup of coffee and some healthy snacks, sandwiches and salads. I want to thank all the staff who welcome me and make sure I get the best and relaxed experience at the Coffee Stop. I want to recognize Thakshila's hospitality and her excellent service to the guests.

  Great fun and easy for most people. Don’t be afraid to try! The guide was excellent and taught us everything we needed to get started. Had never ridden Segways before.

  I had such a great time on the Segway tour in Budapest! It was a really fun and effortless way to explore the city — we saw so many iconic sights, especially by the riverside, without feeling rushed or tired. A special thank you to our guide, Hose, who was absolutely wonderful. He’s originally from Peru, and brought such warmth and energy to the tour. He was knowledgeable, patient, and made the whole experience feel both safe and engaging. His stories and humour added a personal touch that made the day even more memorable. I would highly recommend this Segway tour to anyone visiting Budapest — and if you’re lucky enough to have Hose as your guide, you’re in for an unforgettable experience!

  We had Max as our guide and he was awesome! Knowledgeable, patient, and a good sense of humor. Our sons, ages 14 and 16, said this tour was the highlight of the trip.
