  Joel superseded every expectation I had. All four locations (rum, chocolate, spice and Annandale falls) were so much fun. Joel was extremely professional and always made sure we were well taken care of during the tours. I would for sure use Joel and King J taxis and tours in the future when we come back to Grenada.

  Deshawn picked us up at the hotel with a smile, ready to treat us to an enjoyable adventure! We enjoyed a rum tasting which, in itself, was an experience…who knew there was chocolate rum?!?! The Chocolate factory was so interesting with an abundance of little known facts about cacao/cocoa and the intricacies of chocolate. Oh, and it was delicious and eye opening. It was eye opening to learn the many benefits of cacao/cocoa! The waterfall was beautiful and relaxing - watching people take plunges in the water was fun as well. Our comfortable van ride was made more enjoyable ice cold waters and even some beers or rum punch if we desired! DeShawn drove while teaching us some Grenada history and facts - then quizzing us later 🙃! He kept us laughing and learning the entire adventure. And don’t let him fool you, the young man can sing!!!

  The 1/2 day rum, chocolate and waterfall tour was great. The rums we tasted were quite delicious. The presentation at the chocolate factory was very interesting. And watching people jump at the waterfall was entertaining. The whole experience was made even better because our tour guide, Deshawn, was fun and knowledgeable!

  Exceptional tour and exceptional service. The tour guide even facilitated our side quest in looking for oil down even tho it was unsuccessful he still made sure we got authentic Grenadian cuisine.

  The most memorable part was the beautiful waterfall! I even got to watch someone jump into the water from up top. I was a solo female and felt very safe with Deshon the whole time. Also was able to get KFC and King J was able to drive me to a local restaurant later that day for dinner. Rum punch was great as well

  Highly recommend this tour! Our tour guide Joel took the time to show us around all the stops while also explaining history and context. He even stopped by a shop and picked up an oil down for me because I had mentioned I wanted to try the dish (10/10)

  King J truly made our experience unforgettable! From the moment we met him, he was warm, friendly, and extremely professional. He went above and beyond to make sure our group was well taken care of, accommodating all of our requests with ease and a positive attitude. Not only did he provide reliable transportation, but he also gave us an amazing tour experience—sharing knowledge, recommendations, and ensuring we were comfortable every step of the way. His attention to detail and genuine care for his guests really stood out. If you’re looking for someone dependable, personable, and dedicated to top-tier service, King J is the one.   I initially booked for 8am it was changed to 9am advanced notice was given, worked out better for me as I arrived on the island the day before. I was met by Joel it ended up being a private tour as I was the only one on the tour. Our first stop was the rum distillery, I entered the rum shop and was given a talk on the process and the variety of different rums and liquors, I had the opportunity to sample 5 of my choice. On this tour you don’t actually go into the distillery, you are given samples/ tasters so don’t be disappointed with the quantity they are tasters/samples You have the opportunity to purchase, they take cash or card, remember you will have to put the bottles in your case or buy in duty free.. second stop chocolate shop. I was given a talk on the process and samples to taste. You have the opportunity to purchase chocolates, this shop also sells other souvenir items plus delicious cakes and ice creams. Final stop Annandale Falls there are rest rooms and a restaurant onsite. If you are feeling brave take the opportunity have a dip and get close to the cascading water it’s a must. The tour whole tour was enjoyable and the pace was on point, I never felt rushed, Joel was an excellent and thoughtful guide, Liquid refreshments are provided eg water, rum punch. while driving Joel gave me facts and information about the island, its history and vegetation. On route he took me to a spice shop which was an additional bonus. Joel was extremely accommodating, I needed some lunch he took me to a roti shop and a store so I could buy some groceries. Joel also dropped me back to my apartment at the end of the tour👍🏾 A big thank you Joel for making the tour memorable, especially as it was my first trip to Grenada.
