5.00I was a little nervous after reading reviews but I really don’t understand what they are complaining about! This is a great tour for younger people who don’t have a lot of time in Switzerland, want to see a lot, but don’t want to stick with a guide the whole time. Yes the train came from Zurich but we found a seat for 2 just fine. Interlaken was adorable. They had a great coffee and breakfast spot and a few places to shop for souvenirs. Grindewald was great! I wish we would have known that we probably could have fit 2 excursions Into our day, being younger Americans it was doable. We went up to the top, did the cliff walk, took pics, ate the take away options and came back down with over an hour to spare. I would not recommend shopping in the town as it’s mostly ski apparel. Lauterbrunnen was pretty short and uneventful. Because of the cold the waterfall was nearly frozen so we didn’t need much time there. Having the ability to plan our own free time at the locations was wonderful! The tour was high level but the perfect amount of info that we needed and they talked while we drove the way out. They were quiet on the way back so it was peaceful and you could rest. We loved this tour and thought the day was great! Definitely recommend!!

5.00This tour was incredible from beginning to end. Jean, my tour guide, was knowledgeable in both English and Spanish. Highly recommend this tour to anyone!

2.00The locations were good but the tour guides yelled was so rude and mean. Anytime we asked her a question she rolled her eyes and refused to answer us. I wouldn’t not recommend this tour is you get motion sickness easily as well because you are in a bus for an hour and a half going up a mountain with a lot of turns.

4.00Interlaken is not worth it, grindelwald was great. Lauterbrunnen was so late in the day it was dark already. I think we could take regular train from Lucerne station to grindewald and have good experience. If you hotel is close to train station trains are a good option.

5.00Well Organised and the guides Gaby and Yancey were caring, knowledgeable and made sure the safety of everyone. It was a long day but we visited wonderful places. Best time in Switzerland. Highly recommend.

4.00It was a wonderful time getting to see the different cities in one day. Unfortunately during the last weeks of November everything was pretty much closed including shops and restaurants as they get ready for the “winter” season. The bus ride was good and the tour guides were great. It is in listing so you are aware beforehand but the Grindelwald stop was a little long. Would loved to have the time spread out more. It’s definitely a long day but it’s great if you’re limited on time.

4.00Great trip in the snow, pity about the fog. Poor communication internally regarding changing buses to go back to Lucerne rather then Zurich. This caused me a lot of pain due to walking extra amounts on my broken foot. The bus driver was extremely rude and made me get off the bus before the tour guide had confirmed the change. So I had to hobble around on my broken foot and go up and down steps again.

4.00The best thing about the tour is Grindelwald why there is time to dedicate it, but only if you pay the extra 76 francs to get on and off by train. The other places are not for November.

4.00This tour was great, but it actually departs from Zurich, so if you join in Lucerne, arrival time at the meeting point is subject to traffic and the window seats are already taken. It is also worth knowing in advance that there are some optional extras in Grindelwald, we did the train ride to Kleine Scheidegg which was amazing on a cold but clear day. This was at additional cost (without markup). Tour guides were excellent, shout out to Jorge & Bruno.
