The Markt
The belfry is the most important building on the Grote Markt. This square is surrounded by guild houses with an ancient history.
Basilica of the Holy Blood
The Basilica of the Holy Blood has an impressive facade with gold-colored statues. You reach the upper chapel in neo-Gothic style via a special staircase. There is also an elevator. You don't want to miss this! The lower chapel is completely different. It surprises with the thick walls, small windows and the unique atmosphere. The centuries-old town hall is located on the same square. This building with the slender towers is an absolute eye-catcher. Here the guide will tell you about the statues and coats of arms.

5.00This tour was a great way to get a taste (literally and figuratively) of Bruges. Our guide was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the city and its history. The boat tour was fun. The chocolate was very tasty. Definitely recommend!

4.00We had a wonderful morning on our guided tour of Bruges. Anne was an excellent guide - very knowledgeable, friendly and good on timekeeping. She told interesting and humorous anecdotes which were great. The only down side was the canal boat trip because it rained most of the way round, but that was nobody's fault (the driver was very helpful giving out umbrellas, which we collapsed under the bridges!). Highlight was the chocolate tasting - delicious!

5.00Our tour guide, I believe her name was Debra, was INCREDIBLE! It was clear she loves her home country very much and wanted to share every bit of history (and current culture) with the group. We went to numerous sites and spent a good deal of time at each one as she spoke on her vast amount of knowledge about Bruges. My family and I were taken aback when we learned Bruges was one of the few countries outside of Italy to have a Michelangelo sculpture… Virgin and Child—a MUST see! We proceeded to our canal cruise where our “Capitan” Gino gave an informative and hilarious cruise around Bruges. 10/10. Would absolutely book again! Thank you so much for providing my family and I a wonderful insightful excursion though you beautiful city!

5.00Ann was a wonderful guide. Very experienced and knowledgeable with just the right amount of humor mixed in. Very attentive to make sure we all stayed together for the tour which was helpful as there are many tour groups in Bruges at any given time…you can accidentally follow the wrong one!
