5.00We (8 females) booked this tour with Ishtar Gate Tours with very minimal notice (our fault) and we were greeted and looked after AMAZINGLY! The entire day was well though out. The guide was very welcoming, knowledgeable and friendly, we felt very comfortable during this tour. This company was the only registered company reply my emails and accommodate us at such a short notice- other online advertisers are unknown individual who advertising online with a cheap price, be careful of them- they are not safe at all - we booked with one and of them , but we canceled the tour when we found there was no information about them. HIGHLY recommend Ishtar Gate Tours and visiting Bahrain.

5.00This was our second experience with Ishtar gate tours. Generally relaxed atmosphere made for us during the tour, there was a high attention to many detail. The tour guide was very enthusiastic and highly qualified.

5.00This was a great taste of Bahrain. This tour agency is providing a high level of safety/quality tours - using a Nissan patrol ( heavy duty 4x4 vehicle) and a Bahraini tourist guide. Our guide was on time to pick us from the hotel. The guide was polite , knowledgeable and explain important details about each attractions. We felt very safe and enjoyed our tour. We founded a lot of individual tourist guides advertising their tour, but they are never safe as they are not a registered business firm.

Our booking was easy, local tourist guide was on time (very knowledgeable) . the tour was perfect and done with a high class 4x4 vehicle. Everything worked like as scheduled, VIP service with reasonable price. Highly recommended.

5.00On April 2019, my husband and I were on a short trip to Bahrain for his work. On the day he had mostly off, we sent a tour request to many agencies in Bahrain, we booked a tour online by other agency and the price was very attractive , but no one showed up, we noticed it was a scam, we were very disappointed as they charged us 50 % of the total amount- Be careful many scammers listing their budgeted tours to attract others they are not areal agencies ,they act like a real agencies by publishing faked pages on google ,Instagram and face book- usually they charge very attractive prices to attract others. As recommended by the Hotel Concierge, we contacted Ishtar Gate tours, we reserved a half day tour, second day, the guide was waiting for us in the lobby. We asked the guide to customize our tour, she was good in customizing the tour for us- we extended our tour with him, interesting information given to us by referring to the facts and figures in a professional manner- she was well educated. The guide tried her best to show us as much as she can, added interesting attractions even they were not in our program such as Arad Fort and Traditional Dhow yard. VIP service, Private tour, Informative tourist guide -100% worth the price we paid. 2018 i visited Bahrain and we joint a group tour in a bus with another agency, the price was higher than what we paid this private tour- it was boarding and the guide was busy - have to answer all of us in the same time. Highly Recommended.
