Casa Seganfredo Winery is a "nano" family winery, which has been producing sparkling and fine red wines since 2013, as well as Integral Grape Juice, located in a privileged and lush mountainous area of the Gramado region about 8km from the center.

Casa Seganfredo
The guided tour of Casa Seganfredo is presented in the form of a chat, where we approach the production process of wine, sparkling wine and juice, including the way of the grapes inside the canteen, as well as the fermentation process, in which the grapes are transformed into wine. The champenois method, a technique for fermenting sparkling wine under French Champagne rules, stands out. We ended the visit to our cellar, addressing issues of product storage and stories of the evolution of wine. After the visit, we serve the tasting with a sequence, respecting the palate, in order to provide a gustatory experience of our wines, with pairing tips and service techniques. The tasting accompanies a portion of cheeses of 3 different types. Ask for an English and French-speaking guide when booking.

5.00Incredible experience. Rodrigo was extremely attentive, the contact with the owners is the difference. We explained the whole manufacturing process and the tasting was amazing: without rush and with much joy. It's worth a visit.

Exceptional care from Celso that welcomed us and a welcoming climate that makes us feel at home. The experience is sensational from beginning to end. 5.00Very close to the center, the Casa Seganfredo winery is a piece of Europe in Gramado, a magical place that does not give the desire to leave (even!). The landscape is beautiful, gardens with flowers, fruit trees, animals all over the property (birds, chickens, bulls, lizards, pavons) too beautiful. The vineyards are an excellent setting for photos, tours and contemplation. The picnic is delicious, I suggest to do near the centenary fig tree or near the vineyards. Now they opened a place for snacks, the Seganfredo Bistro with delicious quitutes, highlighting the table of colds, waffles and grape gelato (wonderful). The tour is super complete with didactic explanation; very interesting with Sommelier Rodrigo. After the tour we followed to the tasting with 6 labels very well presented and commented with a lot of humor by Sommelier Celso, many interesting stories and harmonization tips. The wines are excellent, especially for the sparkling Nature and the Rosé wine. The whole grape juice is the best I've ever tasted on my visa! About the red wines, Cabernet Sauvignon and Montepulciano won my heart. For those who want to know a wonderful place, with exclusivity, without agglomerations, I indicate with closed eyes. It is a unique experience that is worth repeating whenever possible, even on rainy days. On weekends the owners are there, very attentive and dear, Dr Paulo and Ana Seganfredo are charming and great hosts. I'm thinking of having my birthday there in the future, what a wonderful place. Whenever I can take friends and family, in addition to indicating to tourists who are admirers of fine wines of superior quality.

5.00What an amazing experience! Vinicola family, Rodrigo an excellent and charismatic sommelier, who served us in an impeccable way, patient. I have visited commercial wines, large and nothing compares to this intimate experience. Wines of excellent quality. We love the Montepulciano and the Merlot of the house!
