Suas águas são profundas e de um verde escuro carregado, refletindo o alto dos pinheiros que se alternam com o colorido das azaléias no inverno e o azul das hortênsias no verão. Por toda sua margem existe um passeio florido, podendo-se andar a pé. Porém a maior atração fica por conta dos pedalinhos, que dão ao lago um alegre e movimentado colorido. Parque Bondinhos Canela

A pioneering attraction in Canela, in Serra Gaúcha, the Aerial Cable Cars have been delighting tourists and the community for over 9 years. Very bad, they didn't show up at the matched spot and didn't even warn. We end up losing the day waiting for the tour and we request refund and we expect it to be quick

We stayed in 47 people at the Hotel HARMONT and it was wonderful, opened on November 20, pp, there is 1 km from the center, everything new, wonderful bedding, colonial type coffee full, a lot of tranquility, value below the market for its recent inauguration, with hifi and parking, recommend worth checking out.

First time on lawn, and really is a very beautiful city, with a special climate. European architecture completes the landscape. As in all tourist cities, you will have trouble finding parking and getting to the best restaurants. Whenever possible, make a reservation earlier.

Unfortunately TripAdvisor did not pass the purchase to the Enterprise Ilustre Gramado and we were almost without the tour. The Enterprise Ilustre Gramado, contacted by me, sent a last minute driver/guide to make the tour with us.

Which is a disaster, we booked the ride PAY us sent us the ticket, after insisting a lot to know the time of collection they answered that the person who was going to pick us up would send us an email, which never arrived. After claiming we were told that in 48 or 72 hours we would have the money back. I already sent a message twice today and no one is worthy to respond. Total case.

The truth is that the tour operator ILLUSTRATED GRAMADO, he was 1000! But I can’t say the same about Tripadvisor, because it never informed the Enterprise that we had contracted that Service! Luckily I managed to communicate with the tour operator and they immediately solved me, but were surprised because they were not aware of the contracted activity! WE REALIZED BECAUSE TIME WENT BY AND THEY WEREN'T LOOKING FOR US AND NO ONE CONTACTED US. BY FINDING A WHATSAPP IMMEDIATELY THEY WERE ABLE TO FIX ME. WE WERE TOLD THEY WERE SENDING A CAR WITH DRIVER PHILIPE ... the driver, he is also a genius! So in this case I can congratulate, to ILLUSTRIOUS GRAMADO AND NOT TRIPADVISOR SINCE THE ILLUSTRIOUS TOUR OPERATOR GRAMADO IS THE ONE WHO SOLVED THE INVOVENIENT SO THANK YOU ILLUSTRIOUS GRAMADO!!! They behaved very well!

Excellent experience! We visited all the tourist spots in our time and could enjoy a beautiful day in Gramado and Canela!
