We really enjoyed our visit to the Hill of Crosses. Our guide Simon gave us lots of interesting information and stopped to show us some of his favourite crosses. We were then given plenty of free time to explore ourselves and once finished Simon even gave us a quick tour around the City to show us some interesting places to visit. The Hill of Crosses is worth a visit and I would recommend using Simon who made us feel at ease throughout, didn’t rush us and was all in all a great guide.

The guide Simon is knowledgeable about Lithuanian history and some stories about the Hill of Cross. He also picks some crosses with special look or meaning to elaborate. One more good point is that he gave me plenty of time and space to let me explore the Hill of Crosses myself (maybe because it wasn't peak time). You may also choose any pick-up and drop-off point in Siauliai centre. I recommend this to solo travelers or those who want to have a private tour. 導遊Simon對於立陶宛歷史以及十字架山的故事相當有認識，也會特地找出一些外形或意義較特別的十字架作介紹。另外很喜歡的一點是，當他完成介紹後，會給予我足夠的時間和空間自行去探索十字架山（或許因為冬季沒有太多遊客）。可以自由選擇接載地點，推薦給需要私人空間的獨遊者。
