5.00Hina was a wonderful guide, very attentive to our needs and the speed that my wife and I were able to walk (we are elderly). She also had a very open and relaxed nature, chatting with us while we were waiting for our transportation from site to site (Hakone ropeway, pirate ship). The tour stops were very good, offering great views of Mount Fuji and Lake Ashi.
