• Disappointed but refunded quickly!

  The local tour operator let us down because they did not show as promised. I contacted Viator, they tried to remedy the problem but we just cancelled and did the trip on our own. Viator refunded my purchase right away without question which is the only reason why I give this a 2-star review.

• Terrible Experience - Feels Like a Scam

  We took the Half-day Coral Island Join Tour with Lunch from Pattaya, and it was a terrible experience. While the tour started off fine, with a punctual hotel pickup and check-in at the pier (though a bit slow), the rest of the day was an absolute disappointment. After boarding the boat, we stopped at a floating structure off the beach where others in the group participated in parasailing. We booked this tour intending to enjoy the beach as advertised—a "half-day on the island." Instead, we were forced to wait until everyone completed the parasailing activity. Feeling like we were wasting our day, I requested to return to the pier, only to be rudely told we would have to pay extra for that. We finally arrived at Coral Island at 12:00 PM, having been picked up at 9:30 AM, only to be told by the guide that we would depart the island at 1:00 PM—just one hour to spend on the island! This was incredibly frustrating, as the tour description promised a half-day on the island. The island facilities were equally disappointing. The seating consisted of plastic chairs, not beach loungers, and the designated area was directly in front of where boats docked, making it unpleasant and inconvenient. To even enjoy the water, you had to walk to a different area. We left the island at 1:15 PM and returned to the pier for lunch, which we decided to skip, leaving the group altogether. Overall, we felt scammed. Instead of a relaxing half-day at Coral Island, we wasted most of our time waiting around. This isn’t about the money—it’s about wasting precious vacation time. I strongly do not recommend this tour.

  There are activities like para sailing, diving, jet ski etc. Be prepared to have fun. There will be networking opportunities too

  A very average .. tour … won’t recommend as it’s not worth the time. The under water walk is a basically a scam .. rest the jet ski n all are pretty done all over the world ..

  Underwater sea walk was thrilling. Smooth pick up. Good buffet lunch in indian style was very welcome in the end.

  It was an amazing tour with high speed boat and blue sea with a delicious lunch on the way back. Thailand is best country to visit

  This is mostly activity for parasailing, banana boat ride, and snuba fishing. There is a 1 hour limit for staying at Coral Island, which are full of people, of Indian descent, all having a good time. If you want secluded beach, it is the wrong place. If you are not into water activity, it is a wrong tour. This will be the 3rd review, but there are hundreds of people all having a good time. Why? The meal is descent and pickup at the hotel is nice. Good bang for the buck, if you are bored.

  I don't recommend this tour. There are many hidden cost involved in this tour. It doesn't include any adventure rides. After starting the tour they explained all the costs and it was costly in between 800- 1600 Thai baht. The itinerary is not well explained. Tour operator takes travellers to the activity directly which is in the middle of the sea.The activity starts from the pier which is not a steady surface. That's why many people suffered from sea sickness . Some of them started vomiting. Because of that many people dropped the activity and returned. There was no concrete base to board into the boat from the pier. It was constantly moving because of high tides. At the last point , from the coral island we had to jump into the boat from the middle of the sea. As there was no pier or stairs . The boatman was extremely rude they pushed my parents and brother as they were unable to ride (at first chance) in the boat for high waves. In the middle of the sea they kept us waiting for 25-30 mins in the pier . Last but not least a big "NO NO" to this tour
