Thean Hou Temple

Thean Hou Temple, a 6-tiered pagoda temple atop Robson Heights. Completed in 1987 and officially opened in 1989, it was built by the Hainanese community of Kuala Lumpur and is dedicated to the goddess Tian Hou (The Heavenly Mother).

Great tour- fantastic information and well paced. Great knowledge and our guide Sathesh was excellent- fun and kind. The sights were great and there was a good mix of independence and guided moments. The car was well air conditioned and water was provided. Well worth it.

It was raining so he messaged that morning to delay the tour. After the delay he was still 30 mins late. While at the batu caves he said to meet at the entrance when we were done. When we were done he was nowhere to be found. Went to the car it was also gone. Texted him and he returned to pick us up. Another delay. Very disappointing. Being on time apparently is not a priority here.

Tina, our tour guide/driver, was right on time waiting for us. She was very knowledgeable, interesting, and personal. She made our tour very enjoyable as she took us to Batu Caves in the heavy traffic and tour KL. I would highly recommend this tour and Tina!
