  Guided tour only lasted one hour. The microphone allowed us to hear the guide but it was difficult to find him in the crowd since he didn’t keep the group together. At the end of the tour he pointed to the gardens and said we can tour the rest on our own. We never found the Trianon that we paid extra for access. Overall, I am disappointed with the quality of the tour and wish we had just done it on our own with an audio tour.

  The tour support is very bad. They didn’t send us tickets but say that sent. They can’t wait for us 5 minutes. And we can’t meet them in any part of our road because they canceled our tickets. We have a very bad experience

  My train was a few minutes late and my tour guide left without me. Ok, that's but thry made no attempt to take my call or respond to my messages on WhatsApp. When I called they were rude and unhelpful and offered no help in reaching the guide. I understand the policy but 0% refund and an offer to rebook for 50% discount after I'm home is not helpful. Any other company would offer to at least let me meet up with my tour midway... or at least let me in the museum I paid for. NO!! I had to pay full price to get in. Trash company, zero communication!! Book with any other company. These guys are awful 100%

  Francois was the absolute best guide. He is very passionate and knowledgeable about French history and art. He was also very conscientious of our group and help everyone together. Highly recommend!

  Noella did a great job helping us learn about French monarchy. Our tour was enjoyable and then we had time to explore on our own. Noella described the rest of the property, so we could determine what other sights we wanted to see.

  My first extended visit to Paris. I chose this half-day guided tour led by a very knowledgeable English speaking guide. Francois was able to reveal lots of anecdotal history and details of the former residence, its rooms and art work providing us (3 English speakers who took the guided tour) with rich history and context: pointing out specific details of the paintings for us to observe. It so happened that it was the second time Francois was my tour guide! He is very personable and incredibly knowledgeable. He actually remembered me from a previous tour 2 days prior (The Louvre) and called out my name when I boarded the bus. The only reason I gave this 4 stars instead of 5, was that I felt there were several instances when we spent long chunks of time standing in one spot with protracted explanations - a case of information overload! But 4 thumbs-ups for me.
