5.00We were in Kuwait with a business club of 13 people from the Netherlands. We booked a city tour with Walid. He was flexible as our flight in was delayed and we had a great tour through the highlights of Kuwait City with the mini van. Walid especially had great feeling of where to stay a bit longer, and where to speed up a little and his English is very understandable. You see all the highlight of Kuwait City in half a day and I can fully recommend Walids tour!

5.00Walid is a great guide, patience, he really wanted us to enjoy the tour. Forget about rushing us, he insisted if we needed more time at each location. He’s knowledgeable. Overall an amazing day where I learnt a lot about Kuwait, its history. The date & Arabian. Coffee at one of the stops were a nice touch. Thank you !!
Last minute tour cancelled by operator and refund unclear

1.00I booked this tour and payment was made. At the 11th hour but was cancelled with no other options provided. On the cancellation email it had a button to click to initiate refund process but it just went to the tour information page. I’ve then sent an email to The to operator and no response. I’ve also sent a message to Viator customer service who saved they have contacted the operator. Very unprofessional

5.00Very nice half-day tour, a few hours after booking Walid got in touch via WhatsApp and wrote that everything works and he picks us up tomorrow right in front of the hotel. We skipped the Kuwait towers because we were there alone the day before. The big mosque was amazing, we were lucky and the mosque was empty. The planetarium was also great and was perfectly timed without us having to wait for the show. We went to the desert to take some pictures, unfortunately there were no camels, but it's not his fault. That was just bad luck. He gave us a lot of interesting information the tour was definitely worth the money.

5.00Well planned and executed, and my guide, Walid, had a great depth of knowledge of the sites, history and the countries customs. We had a lot of laughs, as well. Highly enjoyable day, and I recommend this tour with gusto!

5.00Walid was an excellent guide, he takes all the hassle out of visiting the best sites of Kuwait. The hotel pickup/drop off was very convenient. Really enjoyed all the stops, especially the desert seeing the camels. Highly recommend!

5.00My daughter and I took this tour with Walid Amer. It included multiple sites in the city, including a lovely tour of the Grand Mosque. Then he drove us to the desert for 4 wheeling and visiting a camel farm. We enjoyed it all, although the camel farm was the highlight for us. Walid made a point to stop at additional places for us to take photos of the skyline and landscapes. His explanations of Kuwait's history and culture were very interesting. I would recommend this tour.

5.00All right, he came to pick us up at the airport the walid guide was in English the tour and did his best to understand us using the translator of the mobile to Spanish because we do not know English, we were on a stopover and thanks to him we were able to know a little Kuwait, at the end he left us at the airport. Everything perfect
