For bookings of 1 person, you may be in a group of a maximum of 4 people. All bookings of 2 or more will have their own private guide.
DISCLAIMER: Online tickets typically sell out months in advance but the Cultural Office in Aguas Calientes reserves 1000 tickets per day for in-person purchase. If online tickets are sold out, you will need to arrive very early in the morning the day BEFORE your tour to present your passport to reserve your ticket IN-PERSON. It is possible the ministry of culture will require arriving 2 days in advanced depending on how busy it is. Our team is in Aguas Calientes monitoring the situation and we will advise you on when you should arrive. We will keep you informed on your booking in case you need to change any hotel or train tickets. Your guide will meet you in Aguas Calientes and help you with this process.

5.00Percy was an excellent guide for the duration of our trip. He was incredibly knowledgeable about everything to do with Machu Picchu, but also Peruvian culture generally, history, food, flora and fauna. He made sure we had as much time as we needed around the site and didn’t rush us, which we really appreciated. We had an amazing time. We are planning to come back to Peru in a few years to stay for longer. We will definitely be contacting Percy again when we do!

5.00Wonders of Peru help setup all transportation (other than train) and had people waiting for us with signs at each location. Even when our train was 2 hours late. They were still there waiting for us. They gave us all the info we needed to properly get our next day pass by waiting in line. The guide Percy was extremely knowledgable about the entire history and answered all of our questions. He was really fun to spend the day with. And he catered to our family which had a 3 year old. He was very patient and kind with her all day. Amazing experience

5.00Percy was so incredible and we had the best time! I ended up being alone on this tour and he not only took the best content (photos and videos!) but was super informative and answered all my questions. It was such a fun day and I would do it again/highly recommend to someone else!
