  Avoid This Shocking Excuse for a Tour Operator – Total Disaster from Start to Finish If I could give zero stars, I would. What was supposed to be a simple transfer to Pisa turned into a full-blown fiasco thanks to this utterly incompetent tour operator. They changed their business name, branding, and even their colors—without informing a single customer. No email, no signage, no heads-up. Just pure chaos. We arrived expecting a straightforward pickup, only to be left stranded and confused. Their rep was nowhere to be found, and the only reason we managed to locate them was because a competing tour guide took pity on us and helped track them down. That guide even admitted—without hesitation—that our operator was a joke and should have communicated the changes. His exact words? “They’re idiots.” We couldn’t agree more. To make matters worse, when we finally found the rep, they showed zero concern. No apology. No explanation. Just a blank stare and a complete lack of accountability. It was clear they couldn’t care less about the stress and inconvenience they caused. This company is a masterclass in how NOT to run a business. Disorganized, unprofessional, and downright disrespectful to paying customers. If you value your time, sanity, and basic human decency, avoid this shocking business at all costs. There are plenty of operators in the area who actually know what they’re doing—and care.

  This tour was a good time. Our guide Beatrice helped make it a fun time. The meeting location is a little disorganized as it has a bunch of tours leaving from the same spot. Probably 1,000 people in a small area trying to find their group.

  We had a great experience in Rome with Alejandro and his partner And in Pisa with Beatrice They were informative and friendly

  Great for families with young kids who just want a short excursion to see the tower and cathedral, then back to the ship to play in the pools etc. My kids are too young to care about architecture, but had seen the tower in kids cartoons so were keen to see it. It was a very hot day, too hot to drag kids around. So this solo tour length suited us perfectly.
