Enjoy a beginner-friendly SUP tour around alpine lake Predil with crystal clear water and mesmerizing mountain views. We are going to teach you all the basics of stand-up paddling to gain confidence and have a fun time on the paddleboard. Tricks, games, cliff jumping, or just relaxing in the middle of the lake with an amazing view – it is your time to make unforgettable memories!

We will meet at our base in the centre of Bovec. After a short introduction, we will give you all the necessary equipment – shoes, neoprene, and optionally lifevest. Once we are ready, we will start a 20min drive through the Predil pass. After arrival at the starting point, you can get changed, and leave your dry clothes in the van secured. We will have a briefing session about stand-up paddleboarding and the correct technique of standing and paddling. After taking off from the shore we will play games to maintain balance and then paddle all around the lake. During this activity, we will have a short break next to a waterfall and have a delicious snack. We will also stop for cliff jumping, swimming and try out some tricks.

Seb and Marci @ Bovec SUP were fabulous hosts, instructors and all round good fun. They successfully took 8 of us around beautiful lakes and rivers in Slovenia, Italy and Austria. Would highly recommend all their trips, will definitely return in 2026 and do it all again x

Best crew to try whitewater sup. So professional, funny and carrying team! For sure I’ll be back next year! Lake Predill was the most beautiful to see!🏄‍♀️🏄‍♀️

It was a very relaxing and beautiful day. I recommend trips with Marci. Thanks to him, my daughter and I got to know Lake Predil and its less known surroundings. It was a trip for body and spirit, not only improving SUP technique but also communing with nature. Lots of positive energy

Had a brilliant time doing SUP with my boyfriend. We were driven to a beautiful lake and shown the proper technique of how to paddle. Our guide was brilliant. Would definitely recommend!

We had an amazing time and gained fantastic experiences, not just because we learned how to SUP in a beautiful environment, but also because everyone was so kind and attentive to us. We met a very cheerful and fun team at Bovec-SUP! I highly recommend everyone to try it! We felt relaxed and confident throughout the entire experience, and we especially want to thank Marci, who accompanied and taught us!

Home from a fantastic week with my Paddle Pals in Slovenia 🇸🇮. We extended our Stand Up Paddleboarding with Ana trip by starting with a night in Venice and ending with a night in Lake Bled. We SUP'd, we rode e-bikes, we did white water rafting, we hiked and did zip lining high up in the mountains. We had the best instructor and guide Sebi from Bovec-sup who went above and beyond. Sebi helped us before we went out to Slovenia by recommending someone to help with our transfer from Bovec to Lake Bled, he booked our bikes and zip lining trips and adjusted our schedule to get the best from the slightly unseasonal weather. You could not get a nicer guy. Rachel was our host from the UK. She kept us informed, entertained and took some fabulous photos. The hotel was clean, modern, in a great location and the food was very good. I did activities out of my comfort zone and loved every minute. I would definitely recommend.

Beautiful view, especially from the middle of the lake. Although we could't have made it happen if our guide Marci would not teach us how to paddleboard. We started from zero and were able to paddle around the whole lake. He also gave us useful tips about how to SUP, taught us tricks and above all he showed us wonderful, hidden places. If you ever thougth about paddleboarding, do it with BovecSUP team! They are the coolest guys ever!

I was recently with some friends and it was an incredible experience with very good views. They also played some games for us and taught us some tricks that we really liked.

Great excursion for the whole family (ages 16 down to 7) We planned to do the Soca white water tour but Sebestyén strong advised against it because the recent rains caused strong currents and it won’t be suitable for the kids (other tour operators didn’t mention this fact). We decided to go on lake Predil tour instead and this was a great experience for all of us. Beautiful scenery and cristal clear water are the background for the tour and we enjoyed ourself very much. Two profesional and welcoming instructors for group of 4 SUPs I took my 7 yr on my board and it was easy. Highly recommended
