Just the perfect amount of time to see Pisa and a little time to shop. Personal hearing devices to listen to the guide was exceptional. Didn't have to strain to hear the guide as she spoke right into your ear.

The tour guide is excellent. 2 stars are for Viator company. We had used Viator for all of our European and Asian day trips in the last 15 years but were vey disappointed this time. The tour started at 9am, we should be at meeting point 20-30 minutes before 9am which we did. We waited from 8:20am to 9:00 and 9:15 and then at 9:23 when we were finally given up ready to g9 back to the hotel a bus drove in to the station parking lot and stopped next to us. We quickly got in, no apology from the tour guide . We will find other tour operators
This is not a tour to miss!!!

The entire square was amazing! The guide was very knowledgeable. The highlight of the tour was climbing to the top of the Tower of Pisa! Memorable experience!!

Too many people in the group. The bus was jammed pack Chaotic and unorganized. Language barrier with the bus transportation etc. mixed group of Spanish speaking and English speaking So confusing !!!

This was a good day trip. Our tour guide in Pisa was excellent. Can’t recommend him more. Great humour. Explained thoroughly the importance of all the buildings. Went quite quickly. Fast paced. Would lived to have had an hour of do if free time.
