A half day of adventure in nature awaits you in Kaikōura, with five zipline flights, totalling 2.2km, above lush rolling farmland, native forest, an interpretive walk through a private 3,000-acre station, and a ride on custom-built 4X4 Unimog. Departing from central Kaikōura township, your journey will begin with a scenic drive, with a breathtaking backdrop of the Seaward Range and views over South Bay, this is an eco adventure not to be missed!

The EcoZip experience is a little different to other ziplines! Twin lines, running side-by-side, means you can share this exhilarating experience with a friend! Your 3.5-hour experience will begin from our homebase in central Kaikōura. One of our legendary crew will take you on a 15-minute scenic shuttle ride to our "gear up" and staging location. Here you'll be transferred to a custom-built Unimog 4X4 that will carry you through the intertwined streams of the Kahutara River, then onto Rakanui Station - a 3,000-acre working farm. You'll fly high above the rolling valleys covered in native-trees, and lush farmland, soaking up the incredible 360 degree views to Kaikōura and beyond.

5.00Far more than just a zipline, great tour chats and very educational from plants to everything Kaikoura has to offer. From where to eat to what to do after the tour, fun, safe friendly, all guides keep the conversations going and couldn’t recommend it more!

5.00It's a verry fun experience! I went Ziplining for the first time and didnt really know what to excpect but the guides where amazing and helped us through explaining everything.

5.00It was soooo great! Every detail of the tour is amazingly well thought out. Our guides, Charlotte and Andy were absolute pros, so we had the chance to enjoy a stress free adventure with the breathtaking views. Absolutely recommend to everyone!

5.00Great day out. The cost was fear. 4 hours trip was just right. Great atmosphere, everone was having fun. Ther were 9 people in our group which was perfect. Staff were great, couldn't have been better. Good for all ages. our group ranged from 8 years old to 70.

5.00Great first time ever ziplining! Great guides Chloë and Edan. 5 lines of varying lengths. The longest is 640 metres - the 2nd longest in NZ after Christchurch. It was both me and my partner's first time. I was pretty nervous, especially when you see the long one that goes across a valley 109m deep! But, once you've done the first one, you will start to enjoy rather than fear! You get transported part of the way in unimoc, across the river. You then walk for about 1 km to the first line. If it's your first time don't hesitate - it's only scary til you've done the first one and the views are amazing!

5.00We had a great time ziplining with Olive and Katie, even despite the rain! Our instructors were super friendly and told us lots about the local area. They kept our spirits high throughout our time there as we were getting a bit soggy, but was still a highlight of our NZ trip nonetheless! We got one of the phone bungees, which we definitely recommend as having videos of our time on the lines are great to watch back.
