5.00We had booked the day cruise along Ha Long Bay. Special mention of our tour guide Mr. Brian. From the moment we booked the cruise, he was checking in with us and ensured we found the meet up location just fine. He’s a very jovial person and made the entire cruise experience super fun. He’s very knowledgeable too and speaks very well in English. He explained the history behind all the places we saw. Special mention of his singing skills as well. Overall, a great cruise! We had a lovely time. Thank you team and thank you Mr. Brian!

5.00If you are visiting Ha Long Bay, do yourself a massive favor and request Ken as your guide. As we wrap up our time in Vietnam and get ready to head to our next destination, we can confidently say that this tour was the absolute highlight of our entire trip, and that is 100% thanks to Ken. Ken is incredibly knowledgeable, hilarious, and genuinely cares about making sure everyone has an unforgettable time. He knew exactly how to navigate the bay to avoid the most crowded tourist traps and showed us some truly breathtaking spots. The logistics were handled so flawlessly that all we had to do was relax and take in the stunning limestone karsts and emerald waters. He perfectly balanced sharing the fascinating history and legends of the bay with giving us enough free time to just soak it all in. Ken's energy is contagious, his English is fantastic, and he went above and beyond to make us feel like VIPs. A massive thank you to Ken for an experience we will never forget. 10/10, could not recommend him more highly!
