5.00Our Ha Long Bay tour was amazing. The cruise was new and luxurious. The food served was delicious, and the overall experience was exceptional, especially with our tour guide Alex. He was fun and informative, and an excellent photographer, which made the trip even more memorable.

5.00The day was very good, lots of activity with a very well planned timetable. Our tour guide Alex was brilliant; lots of information and he brought a lovely and friendly atmosphere to the group. All of the food was good and all of the staff on the boat were also very nice

5.00Our tour was amazing. We got to see alot and eat a lot. A lot of great pictures were taken. Our tour guide Alex (Nam) was very entertaining and funny. He told us a lot about history and added some relatable jokes. He went out of his way to take good pictures of me and my fiancee. He put a lot of effort to help the entire group and was very easy to understand. I would recommend this tour with Alex.

5.00Our Ha Long Bay tour was an amazing experience, made even better by our excellent tour guide, Alex. From the beginning, Alex was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable, making everyone feel welcome and comfortable. The itinerary was well planned and covered some of the most beautiful highlights of Ha Long Bay. Visiting Sung Sot (Surprise) Cave was truly impressive. Alex explained the history and formations in a clear and engaging way, helping us appreciate the cave beyond just its beauty. Titop Island was another highlight, with time to hike to the viewpoint for breathtaking panoramic views or relax and swim at the beach. Alex managed the schedule perfectly so no one felt rushed. The kayaking experience was peaceful and unforgettable, allowing us to explore the bay up close among the limestone cliffs. Overall, this tour exceeded expectations, and Alex’s enthusiasm and care made it truly memorable. Highly recommended.

5.00We had a great trip to Halong bay with our tour guide Nam, he was very knowledgeable, we were given bottles of water on the bus ride there. He took photos for everyone at every opportunity. The amazing caves was beautiful and well worth the steps. Our daughter managed to leave her top and shorts behind on the beach and Nam is going to try and get these back for us today. Very helpful and a fabulous tour guide

5.00This experience was great! From the bus pickup to the cave tours, Hoang (aka Alex) our tour guide was great and our driver was very good. The bus was very comfortable since you can recline the seats and there was a lot of cool air. The hike was a bit tough (steep steps), but the bamboo boat/kayaking was so much fun. The cave tours were spectacular as well. The boat staff was also very friendly, I’m not sure the name of the guy waiter who was working but he was so nice as well!! Definitely recommend joining this experience!
