This was an amazing experience despite the heavy rainfall during part of the trip. Alex is an excellent tour guide who is knowledgeable and is always attentive and helpful to the large group of people he was looking after. He is pleasant and approachable, and was very well organised. The day trip to Halong Bay provides an excellent experience of the wonders that this region of Vietnam offers - overall, beautiful scenery and great company from our tour guide as well as fellow travellers on the boat.

It was great getting away from the city for a day. Alex our tour guide was very well organised and kept the trip running smoothly and hassle free. He was also very knowledgeable and told us some really interesting facts about Vietnam. Halong Bay is beautiful and the activities were fun. However it was very very busy at each stop off, so bear this in mind if going.

I went on this tour in English with my daughter. My guide Jackie Jackie was so wonderful and kind. It was a fun, clean and safe trip with a perfectly scheduled day. There is no doubt about it. The places we went around in Ha Long Bay were the most amazing places anywhere! The large bus was equipped with wifi and a charging terminal.
