    From pick-up at Hanoi to drop-off back, everything ran smoothly and well-informed. Mr. Dan and Linda gave very smiley and good service thorough the cruise. And other staff also. Overnight cruise is definitely worth it. Compared to only day-cruisers, as it gets packed in areas visited. With overnight you have better/relaxed visiting times to cave and canoying. And get to chill in evening at the cruise. I was solo, which is not so common at overnight cruises. But had nice chats and dinner with friendly American tour group onboard. Had nice time. I booked the more expensive vessel from company. And they changed it for another option I didn’t choose. I was hesitant at first. But in the end got better balcony room (which was awesome) as upgrade. And was overall in the end very satisfied with the experience so all good! Even the weather was great during the visited time!

    Minh and Hera grand boat provided us the great experience. We enjoyed every bit of it. Food was great! Hygiene was excellent, all the service provides was amazing. Thanks to all the cruise team members who taken care of us. Special thanks to Minh for making it memorable ride, he provided all the detailed info. Thanks again! We will visit again! 😀

    Hera grand and minh , it was fantastic experience whole journey of 2 days , all crew members were so happy serving us. I surely recommend this cruise for everyone , they prepared veg food separately on recommendation

    Minh and hera grand boat. Activities are fun. Please bring your own water to drink cause they not provided. Please do better at least free for plain water
