  I was very disappointed with this trip. The organization and time management were extremely poor — almost everything was managed at the last minute, with no proper planning. The schedule kept getting postponed, causing unnecessary delays and frustration. Coordination between the operator and the local guide/company was also very weak, leading to confusion and a lack of clear communication throughout the trek. These issues created a stressful and unpleasant experience, which is not what I expected for such a trip.

  "This is the worst tour company I have ever encountered. They don't deliver on what they advertise, they fail to honor their agreements, and they lack professional time management. They changed the schedule with only a 5-minute notice. If I had known any local guides, BanBanjara would never have gotten my money. Why did we pay more for this? Most importantly, I will never recommend BanBanjara to anyone."

  👎🏻 "I will definitely not recommend this to anyone. I don't want others to be as disappointed as I am. The last-minute changes to the itinerary show a lack of professional planning and preparedness. We wouldn't have had to pay 2-3 times more if we had known about a local tour company beforehand. You will never get our money again, and the same goes for all my friends. I will make sure no one has to go through this horrible experience like I did."

  This was one of the worst trips provider, I've ever experienced. BanBanjara's management was extremely unprofessional. None of the arrangements made in advance were honored, and there was absolutely no coordination before the trip. When the day arrived, it felt like we had to figure everything out on our own without any support from their team. On-site, we had to talk to many people from other team, and no one seemed to have clear or consistent information. Everything was confusing and disorganized, and problems kept arising throughout the trip. As participants, we couldn’t plan anything because the schedule and activities kept changing without notice. There was no transparency, and we felt uneasy and unsure the entire time. If you're looking for a good travel experience, I strongly recommend choosing a different provider.

  Worst experience in the world I can say. Bad manage , timing is never correct. Always change in the last minute, we had been waiting for pick up or bus schedule more than 2 hrs at least. They don’t tell us in the detail for which included or not include. we was surprised at the time reach. For example they don’t provide us car pick up between hotel and bus stop, Moon lake permission while the package stated all permission included, and one of the stated that might be FRAUD is they will provide trekking equipment but when we come to trekking center they don’t provide it until I dig into message that we discussed and show the evident to them. I highly recommend stay away from this company.

  Banbanjara team helped us book a quick weekend getaway from Bangalore. Everything was arranged well — stay, food, and activities. Slight delay in check-in but nothing major. Got exactly what we needed: a break from the city noise.
