Per FAA Regulations, original government issued photo ID such as a REAL-ID compliant driver's license or a valid passport is required for all travelers over the age of 18. Photocopies or digital IDs are not accepted. Any guest arriving without original, government-issued identification will be denied check-in, and no refunds will be issued for any guest in the reservation.
Helicopter seating is based on legal weight & balance limits and will be assigned after check-in. Maverick Helicopters does not guarantee seating next to or in the same row of the rest of the party.”
Closed-toed shoes are highly recommended for anyone landing as the ground can be uneven and wet.

As you fly along Maui’s North Coast, you'll enjoy views of breathtaking sea cliffs and cascading waterfalls on your 40-minute round-trip helicopter flight. Your pilot will point out popular points of interest from above such as Paia, Hookipa, Haiku and the famous surf destination – JAWS. 5.00If you are even considering a helicopter tour, please go for this one! We booked this ride with Maverick Helicopters and were not disappointed. They were very friendly upon arrival to the office and all of the employees were welcoming and kind. Jake was our pilot and he was excellent! He made us feel comfortable from the very beginning, explained the process in great detail, and was a great guide. It felt like he was excited to take us on this tour and show us the beautiful island, and not like he had done it a hundred times before. Landing in a private, cleared field in the rainforest was a highlight and something that made this tour different than others. We spent half an hour looking at plants, tasting fresh fruit and enjoying the views. The flight was very smooth and very beautiful, and we were lucky enough to have perfect weather. Thanks Jake! Would do this again - 10/10!

5.00Fun ride with beautiful views of Maui. Scenic ocean views and waterfalls and a landing in the rainforest. The pilot was great, knowledgeable and friendly. Greg, another member of the crew, was a bonus and provided additional insights into the property. Highly recommend.

5.00Most amazing experience EVER! 100/10 recommend. Definitely one of the best experiences my husband and I have ever had! Felix was our guide and he was amazing. We stopped and got to explore part of the island no one else does. We got to eat local fruit and had champagne toast with the other guests! It was truly incredible!

5.00An experience I will never forget… the bird’s eye views are simply breathtaking. It was like being dropped into a fairy tail when we landed in the rainforest. Felix, our pilot, was not only a great flyer, but super personable, knowledgeable, and just an all around nice guy! 11/10 recommendation

4.00The excursion was excellent, but not our first choice. Due to rain we could not land in the rain forest. they gave us an option for a refund or a different trip, and we took the trip. Glad we did.

5.00Felix our pilot was outstanding, first time in a helicopter and we felt super safe/comfortable. Felix did an amazing job explaining the areas we were looking at as we passed by. Once landed in the jungle, he continued his educational portion by explaining to us the different vegetation we were looking at (and tasting). Just an amazing way to see the island as some of the areas can only be viewed by air. Thank you for an amazing sunrise morning flight.
