She was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and energetic throughout the tour. Tracy made the entire experience very comfortable. 5.00Absolutely LOVED our tour. Our guide met us at the hotel on time with a wealth of information on the history of Vietnam, local cafe recommendations and shopping destinations. It was so fun cruising the streets and experiencing the night life of Hà Nội. We had done Train Street by day but loved the night vibe with this tour. A highlight would be the egg coffee and chatting to the son about the family legacy. Our tour guide was very accommodating and went out of her way to ensure we had the best time.
