Hard Rock Cafe Copenhagen relocated to a new two storey in 2015, over viewing Rådhuspladsen and the city Hall. The Cafe is located just a short walk from the famous amusement park Tivoli Gardens, The National Museum and both pick up points for the Hop off Hop on Bus and Canal Tours. One of the most interesting Memorabilia pieces in the Cafe is Metallica’s drum set, donated and signed by Danish drummer Lars Ulrich. 2.00Hard rock has lost its way. Menu scaled back to burgers and nachos with a few ‘local’ items. The restaurant seemed sole less.

5.00From the moment we made the reservation until the end of our visit, everything at Hard Rock Cafe Copenhagen was absolutely fantastic! The staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive, and the whole atmosphere was warm, lively, and relaxing. The reservation process was smooth and easy, and we felt truly taken care of from the second we arrived. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. Every dish we ordered was fresh and perfectly prepared, and the drinks were amazing as well.A very special thank you to Andrea, who made our experience even more memorable. Andrea was incredibly helpful, friendly, smiling, and genuinely kind throughout the entire evening. You can really feel when someone loves their job and cares about the guests, and Andrea gave us outstanding service from start to finish. Thank you for such a wonderful experience. We will definitely come back and highly recommend Hard Rock Cafe Copenhagen to everyone visiting the city!

4.00We booked this deal knowing the prices to eat out in Copenhagen, as far as we are concerned it's value for money and it's exactly what we expected from the Hard Rock Cafe. Our waiter was friendly and accommodating so thank you.

5.00With Hard Rock Cafe, you generally know what to expect, as the format is consistent wherever you go in the world—and this visit was no exception. The service was friendly, and we received a great recommendation for the vegan burger, which tasted fantastic. The atmosphere was relaxed, and we never felt rushed, allowing us to fully enjoy our lunch. It was a little on the expensive side—around £60 for two burgers with fries, a Coke, and a large glass of Tuborg—but overall, we had a great time and really rocked the experience.

1.00Really bad food. We ordered a burger and hold up it was a disappointment. We're pretty sure it was a burger that was heated in a microwave. Never More Hard Rock in Copenhagen
Hard necked be more like it. Extortion prices, dried out foods, poor service.

2.00After an hour wait for our table,and what seem like an eternity waiting to get service, ordered food and drink. Our family order 3 chicken and rib combo and 2 rib meal. 1, cocktail, 1 beer, 2 cocktails and 1 coke. Soft drink and cocktails heavy loaded with so much ice, no room for juice. Meals arrived and ribs so over done and so little bbq sauce. Fries so poor quality and slaw, was basically shredded cabbage and dire. We hurried ate as quickly as possible, as we had table so close to the main door the cold wind was howling and door was always left open. We ordered another two more beers, and had a look at dessert for the kids. At over £14 for chocolate brownie per portion, we told the kids we would have to skip dessert. Service was at best adequate, but seem rushed to get you out for more people in. Overall Experience 2/10 Food rating 3/10 Drinks 4/10 Service 4/10
Good but tricky to see memorabilia which is what we go for!

4.00We are currently visiting all of the hardrock cafes. It is quite small and unfortunately they went overboard with the Halloween decorations especially the cobwebs, so it was tricky to see the memorabilia. They were able to accommodate a nut and sesame allergy well. The usual qr code doesn’t show all food but if you ask the waitress was able to bring out the allergy matrix.

1.00I would not recommend pre booking at this cafe,I did and having to wait 35 40 minutes, and watch other Walk in people get served first, I counted 6) when we had been served it looked nice, the gold menu) I found my burger to be cold having waiting for the waiter to come back and ask if everything is ok which he never did, I just had half of my meal because I was hungry, but could not face the rest. Waited another 40 minutes before the waiter decided to come back having asked me was everything ok I told him only so much cold food I can eat, he told me he would see his manager, but he never come back to me. So be careful if you choose this menu, walk ins seem to get seen to first.

3.00It ok but never get a voucher on line because you don't get much of a choice from the menu, it's a set menu which in our cases was gold menu from the Hardrock cafe.
