  Very organized and on time. The caves were really interesting. The guides had a great sense of humor and were very knowledgeable. The gardens were breathtaking.

  The experience was not worth it as compared to the price they took . I opted for pick up services and they were 30 mins late with no communication . Because of that we reached late and the group in front of us took 40 mins to clear so we got even more late . Luckily they changed our timing but again there were no clear signs and communication where are we supposed to go . There was a lot of waiting for 35 mins of cave drive . Then they told us gardens have closed and we need to run . But we opted for pick up and again they took their sweet time of 35 mins to take us there . Driver was super rude and didn’t answer any of our doubt and was continuously shouting on phone and arguing with authorities . He didn’t even turn on the ac and we had a toddler with us so didn’t fight with him . The only good thing about experience was coming back home . The service , professionalism and cordination was super bad for the amount they took . The things like cave , garden was good . But they made my experience bad .

  Garden is small but beautiful, caves were cool but not breathtaking. A pleasant enough time. My rating reflects the service. Very poor communication - we didn’t receive details of our pick up time until 6pm the night prior. I tried to call them in the afternoon and no one picked up (which we found was a common theme despite there being 5 contact numbers!) We were told to meet at 7.30am and strictly not to be late. We felt that was quite early for a 9am tour but did as instructed and arrived at 7.20am. Our transport FINALLY arrived at 8.20am. We had no communication from them and were trying to call, email etc to find out what was going on. When they arrived, no apologies. I raised it once we arrived and the staff were useless. I was told I’d get compensation (as they acknowledged the error) and they’d email me by 4pm today. I’ve not been contacted. Through the day the organisation skills of the staff left much to be desired, they didn’t have our names for the return trip, they started the tour without us even though we were late because of them etc etc. just really shoddy stuff from a company I expected to be well put together. It’s not a cheap experience for a family of four. I would recommend doing the experiences separately and sorting out your own travel. Honestly, it’s a real shame because it doesn’t seem that difficult to get this stuff right. It’s all very amateur.

• Harrison's Cave Tram and Garden Walking Tour

  We loved every minute of this excursion. As well, it was part of the visit to the Walking Garden. A quiet, calming experience. Don't forget to check out the household of the owner. The covered veranda is a wonderful space to spend some quiet time, as well.

  Harrison’s cave was fab the gardens were so relaxing but the tour operator forgot about us and left us in the gardens we had to contact the Harrison’s cave to remind them to get us I would recommend d the tours just ensure have contact details for pick ups

  Wonderful tour except for the logistics department. Getting a pickup time from our hotel was like pulling teeth. Other than that, it was a great experience.

  Great place to stay . Loved it very much. Loved going into the caves . Something you don’t see everyday . Employees were knowledgeable and friendly .

  I recently visited Harrison's Cave and Hunte's Gardens, and overall, it was a well-organized trip. The arrangements for the tours and entry were smooth, making the experience enjoyable. However, the communication regarding the pick-up arrangements could have been clearer. Better notification and coordination would have made the entire experience even more seamless. Despite that, I highly recommend these attractions for their beauty and charm! Our tour guides for Harrison's cave, Gabriel and Shane, were an absolute delight.

  Some steps in the garden which was very beautiful and peaceful. Harrison Cave was very impressive and well organised.
