After you book with us with Viator, you will receive an immediate confirmation for your booking and we will message you with the details of your shuttle booking. Please respond to our message if there are any special requirements or needs for you or your party. The day before your Trip: The day before your scheduled travel date, we will message you with the name and contact number of your assigned driver. Instructions by Transportation Type: After Plane Arrival: After your plane arrives and you pickup your checked in bags, you will exit into the main terminal, to your right you will find the bathrooms and a coffee shop called Espresso Americano. You will find us, opposite to that coffee shop holding a sign with your name and our logo. There you will confirm with our driver your name, the names of your party members and your destination before departing.

5.00Adrian was Amazing. We were able to use him and his company for other things we wanted to do, and we don’t regret it. If you want a specific agent/guide , must get approved through company, they’ll make it happen most of the time, but if too busy, you may be out of luck, but We were very understanding and it didn’t bother us at all. Adrian is sweet, personable, friendly, funny , and professional .

5.00We had an excellent experience. Driver held a paper with our name so it was easy to find him. The van was clean and comfortable. He was friendly and shared info about the island in our way to the hotel.

5.00I'm a local, but it is difficult to get transportation in and out of my current neighborhood. I reached out to them since I had an early 7 am flight to the mainland for which I needed to be an hour ahead for check-in. They were outside my home waiting for me at 5:30 am on the dot. The pricing was reasonable considering that taxis at that hour are rare and hike up their fares. Overall, great service and will try again in the future.
