1.00Even though you book with them with over a month of time ahead after a carefully planned trip with relatives coming from far away, they simply cancel your cruise weeks unilaterally. Extremely disrespectful and awful customer service. Do not recommend relaying on them.

4.00The cruise is very interesting with an historian onboard giving very good commentary. Very picturesque with some fascinating information. Being so close to USA is amazing. In between the commentary there is entertainment which was interesting and entertaining. Some food and beverage are available onboard. A great way to learn about the maritime history of Kingston as well as St Lawrence River. The paddle steamer is quite old and dirty exterior. The toilets where dirty and had no paper towel, even though the bar staff member was informed. Well worth the trip.

3.00The scenery is beautiful, but the cruise is incredibly noisy which quite spoils the fun. Between the (interesting) comments of the guide screaming into the speakers and the American tourists resuming the songs like a great Karaoke, it was hell. If it were to be done again we would choose a private tour even if it meant having to pay much more. If you have a headset that reduces noise, don't forget about it.

5.00It was very good, crew was nice. I enjoyed all the sites we saw - could have been a little more condensed - a little long/gets repetitive.

4.00Despite it being a dull day I enjoyed the views. The music was well done and the guide was interesting to listen to. I only wished that we went to more of the thousand islands since they were interesting to see.

3.00This is fine to while away a few hours but the scenery is not so spectacular and probably three quarters of the cruise the guide takes a break. The interludes are filled with an onboard band which was frankly more annoying than anything. We would have preferred some silence to enjoy this leisurely boat ride.
Beautiful- you get Roger and Donna as well 🥳

4.00A long but beautiful trip with a secnary that is fantastic. I will forever remember Donna (Guide) for her knowledge of the real estate market (we like that). Roger (banjoplayer) put an originality to the trip that I don’t think I have heard or seen in public for many years Happy to recommend this trip.
