What To Expect

Your driver will be at a designated meeting point from 45-60 minutes after you land with name board inside the terminal. You will receive a courtesy text 24-48 hours before with instructions where to meet your driver inside the terminal as you exit the baggage hall. We will also monitor your flight for any delays etc, so rest assured your driver will be there to meet you. Price includes all fees nothing extra to pay. This service is for 1 pickup and 1 drop off, you can have additional picks, but there may additional charges to pay. PLEASE NOTE !! Please make sure you book the correct size vehicle to accommodate your luggage. If you have more luggage than the vehicle can accommodate we will not be able to carry out the transfer as we would be over weight. You risk your transfer being cancelled. Please book the appropriate size vehicle.

Melanie was great and very patient. We had problems getting through the airport and security. I also forgot to take my phone off of airplane mode, so even though Melanie was trying to contact us, I wasn't receiving. Melanie was patient and didn't give up on us even though we were probably an hour past pick up time. We sincerely appreciated her patience.

Driver met us in aiport arrivals area as agreed. Flight had been delayed but contact was made by driver to assure us that trip was still confirmed. Good communications by service provider. Recommended to any traveller going from Heathrow to Southampton. Mercedes mini van was spotless.
