Your driver will be at a designated meeting point from 45-60 minutes after you land with name board inside the terminal. You will receive a courtesy text 24-48 hours before with instructions where to meet your driver inside the terminal as you exit the baggage hall. We will also monitor your flight for any delays etc, so rest assured your driver will be there to meet you. This service is for 1 pickup and 1 drop off, you can have additional pick ups and drop offs with prior arrangement. You can pay the driver any additional charges on the day by credit card or cash. PLEASE NOTE !! Please make sure you book the correct size vehicle to accommodate your luggage. If you have more luggage than the vehicle can accommodate we will not be held liable and you risk that the driver may refuse to take you.

5.00Thank you Solent for a wonderful transfer from Heathrow to Harbour Hotel in Southampton on 21 May. Lural met us at the appointed location in the terminal and whisked us off to the hotel seamlessly. The vehicle was immaculate in cleanliness and comfort and we enjoyed chatting with Lural. Thanks also to Harbour Hotel's recommendation of Solent as it made the beginning of our trip easy and very enjoyable. We highly recommend your service.

5.00Melanie was great and very patient. We had problems getting through the airport and security. I also forgot to take my phone off of airplane mode, so even though Melanie was trying to contact us, I wasn't receiving. Melanie was patient and didn't give up on us even though we were probably an hour past pick up time. We sincerely appreciated her patience.

5.00Driver met us in aiport arrivals area as agreed. Flight had been delayed but contact was made by driver to assure us that trip was still confirmed. Good communications by service provider. Recommended to any traveller going from Heathrow to Southampton. Mercedes mini van was spotless.
