1.00I ordered an 8 passenger van for 4 pp because we had a 6 ft 10 guy with us and 4 weeks of luggage. I couldn’t believe they picked us up in a small 6 passenger van. 3 seats were riding backwards and 2 others in the back. The 6th was front passenger seat that driver said did not move. He had to right with his knees on dash for 1 1/2 hour drive. He couldn’t ride in back as his legs would not fit it was such tight quarters. Luggage was piled to ceiling making rear view for driver impossible. Bearing in mind 8 pp van is more $ than the van we got. Extremely disappointed and would think I would get some kind of refund or acknowledgment of the switch. But, no.

5.00We had a wonderful and professional experience with our driver Baris. Received a text just after landing at Heathrow that he was there and ready. Passport, baggage and customs went more quickly than expected, so he met us early. He took care of our luggage and the drive to Southampton was pleasant and efficient. Dropped off right at hotel. Would book this again and highly recommend to anyone needing to get to Southampton from Heathrow.

5.00This was the smoothest, most seamless and efficient transfer we’ve ever experienced. We changed our flight reservation at the last minute, and the agency accommodated us happily and easily. The driver was prompt and easy to locate. Everything went like clockwork. I highly recommend this company.

5.00Our experience using Airport Pickups London was great. We were picked up at the agreed upon time at Heathrow and driven to a hotel in Southampton to stay before a cruise. A couple days before our flight, I was contacted on WhatsApp to confirm the booking and amount of luggage. Our driver (Nadeem) gave me a call on WhatsApp while we were collecting our luggage to let me know where to find him and it was a short walk from there to the car. He was courteous and informative. We will use this service again and recommend it to others.

5.00Our driver, Radek, first contacted us well before our scheduled pickup. Even though we were early, he was available immediately and easily identified. Radek helped with our luggage and ensured our comfort after a long travel day. He took away all travel stress and made our drive from Heathrow to Southampton very pleasant.

5.00Just about as easy as it gets! No muss, no fuss, picked us up at the appointed place and the appointed time, helped us with our bags and whisked us out of London to Southampton! Our driver was very professional and informative. We found our fare to be extremely reasonable considering the high quality of service that we received. We have absolutely zero complaints and will use this company again. I highly recommend this service.
