5.00Melanie was amazing! Melanie navigated streets of Southampton like a pro! Melanie arrived early, waited for our party & provided us with exceptional service. Small attention to details - arriving before lunch rush at The Slaugheres for lunch, dropping us off when parking spots were null & making sure we were OK. Oh, having 20 pence to use the restrooms! Thank you, Melanie for making our Costwalds adventure one we will never forget.

5.00Although the airport was very hectic, I driver arrived just a bit late due to parking issues and construction, but he was very nice and courteous. It took a little over an hour and a half to get to Southampton, but it’s definitely the way to go. A lot better than train or any other transportation. We thought it was very worth it. We had a very nice car and even better, when we arrived around 9:30 our room at the Moxie hotel was ready for our request. It all went well.
