With a local guide, Hebron Hope Tours offers an authentic, unique experience to visitors wishing to understand life in Hebron and gain more perspective on the Israeli/Palestinian conflict. Hebron Hope Tours introduces visitors to the Palestinian Authority controlled sector of Hebron (H1) and Israeli-military controlled sector (H2). Throughout the tour guests will visit the Ibrahimi Mosque, Cave of Machpelah Synagogue, the Old City Souk (home to glass and ceramic factories), Shuhada Street and the Israeli settlements. A video presentation covering history of Hebron will be provided at at the Hebron Hope Center. Additional stops can be accommodated, on request.

Discover the beautiful, rich history of Hebron during this comprehensive city tour. Hebron Hope Tours is the only tour company taking visitors to H1, in addition to the iconic Ibrahimi Mosque/Cave of the Patriarchs and Old City in H2. As you meander through the streets of Hebron, sampling traditional sweets and Arabic coffee along the way, you will learn much about the history of the city, particularly about the period from the signing of the Oslo Accords until the present day. Your guide will lead you through the city’s checkpoints, and by walking through Israeli settlements in the Old City and seeing their effect on Palestinian life, you will be gain a deep understanding of the current state of affairs in Hebron. 4.00I have to say that I was alone in Hebron and did not take a booked tour. I would encourage everyone to visit Hebron, or AL Khalil as it is called in Arabic. I lived in the Palestinian sector and felt completely safe at all times. People are so happy about visitors and many know a few chunks of German. You will be invited to tea on every street corner. I got an impromptu guided tour, where I got to see both the magnificent Old Town and the famous mosque, as well as the road closures and checkpoints etc. Travel to Hebron and get to know Arab hospitality!
